Anybody used these Pro Grip Light Sensitive Shield Inserts??? I just saw them in the CompAccessories catalog. It says they lighten and darken. I wonder how much, as when I go to work in the winter it's dark and it gets a bit bright in the afternoons on the way home...

Thanks, Kevin

Dunno about those, but I am going to pick one of these up for my EXO400 this coming season when it's available.

I am surprised Arai doesn't have a photo-chromatic shield.

I wear PC glasses, so I really like only having to carry one pair. I would love this on my helmet. Even if if cost an arm and leg...

I have found that most shields filter UV light. This prevents my glasses from changing : ( I have been looking for a non UV shield, but no one reputable makes one.

Did you read this review? They didn't seem to thrilled with PC inserts. The review fails to take account UV filtering. This is why they most likely did work so well.

Just picked one up. It works great. Almost $75 with tax. Maybe the price will come down after they have been out for awhile.

what brand of helmets are these working well or not-so-well on?

I ask because as has been mentioned the uv protection of the shield will affect your results.
