Well, the cops finally got me. I have put up with pigs for all my life. I have not posted for a while. When a cop messes with me I can walk away and just force myself to let it go. I was hit by a car while crossing on a crosswalk downtown a few months ago and the driver lied and said I ran across and wasn't in the crosswalk. No witnesses of course but the cop found my stuff IN THE CROSSWALK and didn't put it in his report. The Lard Arse Cop didn't even get out of his car. I was bruised pretty good but let it go because I was alive. There was only one way a cop was going to get to me and they did it. I do not talk to my neighbors to preserve the peace. I recently get a new neighbor. He parties and plays his music real loud and they cuss out on their porch. My two little girls are subjected to this but I just turn on a portable stereo to provide some white noise and I take it. The idiot decides to get drunk while I am at work and tries to sexually assault my wife while she is working in the backyard and then forces his way into my house and urinates on the floor in front of my little girls and then my wife gets him out of the house. I get home and find all this crap out. I go over and tell his roommates that when he wakes up he needs to come see me because I am going to beat him bad. The coward sneaks off to work...too bad I know where he works. My short 'speech' to him at his job is that he has 10 minutes to get home because I am going to help him move and I am then going to 'teach' him and his dog something. The wimp calls the cops. They escort him to safety and tell my wife since he was drunk that it will do no good to press charges. The DA's investigator tells my wife that nothing will come of pressing charges. THIS IS MY HOUSE AND MY LITTLE GIRLS! My wife wants to press charges I want to press charges. THIS WAS A OVER A MONTH AGO! I just found out that they closed it with nothing going to happen to the guy. I have been getting my house ready to sell. I had told the cops that if I see him that I am going to fix him with my hands and they said he would stay out of site until then. HE IS A FRIGGIN ALCOHOLIC! I can see 5-6 empty cartons of 24-30 packs of beer at his trash can every week. His work schedule is now my work schedule. He broke the deal this Sunday. He came out while my oldest little girl was outside and he turned his stereo up real loud while I was picking up my other girl. I reminded him. I am going to have to fix this myself since the cops did nothing. Guess who is going to be the one going to jail. I tried Victim's Advocates and they could get nowhere with these idiots. The county says the only people who can do anything are the Sheriff's department! Jefferson County are the same imbeciles who handled the Colombine tragedy. I just want a record of what REALLY happened before I go to jail and you hear some lies from the PIGS! I know some of you LOVE them and say do not question them. Well, they got me in a corner now. I am not posting this for replies but just for a record of what really happened here in Golden, Colorado. At some point I would think that to a racist pig that a Mexican that does not do drugs or drinks and works hard for his family is worth more that a white druggie alcoholic. The victim's advocate told me that there is NOT ONE minority on JeffCo's Sheriff's Dept. | ||

Colorado police do suck - all they do is hang out at the 7-11 for free coffee and donuts, and do their ticket quotas - I put up with that for 3 years, and if I move back - it will probably still be the same - they are a worthless waste of taxpayers money. They don't want to answer calls because its either too far or may involve millitary - any excuse to not do their job - is their motto. I love the state of Colorado, however, its police forces are the worst I've experienced - hell - they make Georga cops look good and those guys are hard noses - lol GT - JBOTDS! EZ  | ||

Colorado does have a "make my day" clause if the creep ever tries to come in your house again. Raraf, I'm right over in Arvada if you need anything (coffee, beer, a ride through the canyons, etc...). So trespassing is not a crime in CO? Not to mention urinating in front of your little girls. (which is a lewd act with a child and make this guy a sex offender) Something is indeed rotten in Denmark. I'd contact an attorney. These cops are just trying to avoid doing what they see as excess paperwork (doing their job). Get an attorney and raise hell(legally)! You can't let this slide, it'll only get worse. | ||

You say that he sexually assaulted your wife and the cops said it does no good to press charges? Something doesn't add up here. No cops called after she gets assaulted. No cops called when he "forces" his way into your house. Between those 2 offenses he would go to jail in any state. | ||

Raraf, getting yourself arrested is only going to make life harder for your wife and little girls. Plus it will leave them unprotected. I'm not minimizing your frustration and anger. You should be angry. The clown is a threat to your family. Unfortunately, it appears you are set up so that if you go to him resulting in a physical confrontation that you will be the one in jail. I know it's hard, but I encourage you not to approach him. Now if he comes over and threatens you or your family the situation probably changes. I suggest you find a good attorney quick and get some advice as to what you can to protect your family. I also suggest you do not criticize the police. Your local police may be leaving you out to dry but they are part of the system and criticizing them is just going to make it harder for you to protect your family. You obviously know your family is the most important thing to take care of. Lack of police support is just a distraction from doing what's important. Forget criticizing the police and find an attorney to help you. You are on the right track in moving. Just had another thought. If this guy is such a drinker, make a note of his license plate number and car description. If you have any legitimate reason to believe he might be inebriated when he gets behind the wheel, call it in. Don't tell him or anybody else you called it in. You want him to focus on his own problems and not on retaliation on you and yours. Maybe a dog, but dogs are a commitment and you don't want a dog that would attack your family. Do you have family in the area that you can move your family to while you sell the house. Maybe put your valuable stuff in storage so you don't have to worry about the clown stealing while your house is empty. I have to run to a meeting. When I lived in Fla. - all folks talked about was how tough Georgia cops where - lol - they seemed pretty nice to me, however, they do have a rep - lol - Co cops have a rep as well - lazy, greedy, and sorry I'm on break rep - lol GT - JBOTDS! EZ | ||

I feel for you, Right prevails, I have found that jerks like these have a way of dissapearing all on their own. Just leave them alone and eventually they self destruct. Now the cop problem, go to the shift supervisor, then to the chief of police, then to a counsel member then to the mayor. Have your thoughts ready, and just keep hammering them, don't take no for an answer, then go to the next step. File written complaints, and if that doesn't get what you want, take it to the state police and file a complaint, then take it to the DOJ. Don't ever stop, and for heavens sake don't ever be afraid of them. They will eventually do what you want. | ||

Greg, I think he's got every right to criticize the local police, they are failing to protect the public. That's what they are in business to do. I'm with Eric on this one, you've got lewdness involving a child, sexual assault, public intox ,and trespassing, or breaking and entering if he forced his way in. File some complaints and then talk to a lawyer. If he comes on property jack him. I don't care for the ACLU but they would probably jump all over this. Maybe write them a letter, being a minority should help your case with them too. | ||

Since you haven't gotten any support or cooperation from your local law enforcement, I'd contact a state DA/State Bureau of Investigations and file a complaint against the local law enforcement and see if they will press charges against the neighbor or help you find someone local who will. | ||

Raraf, Sorry to take so long to get back this. (Stuff is hitting the fan here at work and at home, shutting down the company) Again, focus on protecting your family. The only other idea I could come up with is if you are so upset that you are having trouble controlling your actions (I'm not saying you shouldn't be upset. You should be upset. What you report as the guy's actions strike me as criminal.) you might talk to a doctor about getting some anti-anxiety medicine. I have a prescription for Xanax, the generic version is $4 for 30. Be careful of the stuff, I believe it is a class A narcotic. If you're prone to addictive type behavior you probably shouldn't get any. Talk to the doc about it. The point is for you not to get so emotional that your own actions get you in trouble. Your ability to help your family is impaired if you can't control yourself. Mike, I'm not saying he doesn't have a right to criticize the local police. What I'm trying to say is that Raraf need to protect his family first. If the local police are not doing squat, then he can't count on them and he has to find some other way to protect his family. Perhaps Raraf is so upset that the local police are thinking he is a nut, afterall he went to the guy's work (which is understandable but could be taken as irrational behavior). It does strike me odd that the local police didn't jump all over the sexual assault of his wife and lewd behavior to his girls. That says to me that the police don't believe him. At this point, they are probably not going to believe him until more harm is done and then they will probably think he did it. I agree he has a right to be upset with the lack of police action, but it isn't going to help him protect his family. Protecting my family would be my first priority. I'd get my family out of there and contact an attorney. Once the family is safe, then there is time to criticize the police. But I would do that discretely, perhaps letting the attorney privately contact the police and/or city council to express concern that their help is needed and hadn't been forthcoming. Hope this helps clarify that we are more in agreement then it appears. I gotta go now. | ||

That Sucks! I have spent some time in Golden and I have to agree that if you are white things go right. It is just that kind of place. I had a very similar situation with a neighbor once and the cops did nothing. I took care of the SOB myself. Sadly the powers that be no longer allow a simple well deserved ass kicking. Society has (wrongly) decided that we have evolved beyond simple street justice. I would recommend a little reading. Try the Anarchist Cookbook or another gem of a publication called Get Even. I have found these publications to be of immense help in dealing with the the type of situation you are stuck in. Not in that book is one of my own little inventions. Grab a can of "Great Stuff" expanding foam and one of those really long straws that looks like a pixie stick on steroids. Find the offenders exhaust pipe one evening......................... Can't drive to work , can't pay rent.......... PM me if you need any other ideas. | ||
