Midknyte, She looks great! Are you crate training her? I highly recommend it. I crate trained my now 13.5 year old Red wolf shepard mix and she has been an awesome friend. | ||

We're going to try real hard to paper train her. Too tiny to have a run of the house, so crating for now when not supervised. Will confine to kitchen when we are out when she gets big enough. Mom's a Pomeranian, Dad's a chihuahua. She looks mostly Chi. Head is not as pronounced and her fur soooo soft. | ||

Midknyte She should be in the crate every moment she is not being played with or pottied. The minute she comes out of the crate she goes outside and gets huge praise for going potty outside. Back inside for supervised playtime. This goes on for at least four months. I thought my dog was going to freak when the crate disapeared at about six months. Do not paper train her!!!! If you do she will think she can use a potty inside the house. I learned the crate technique from a friend and neither of his dogs or mine has ever gone potty inside a house!! They also never chewed furnature, shoes cloths etc. I will look around for the book and send it to you if I can find it. One look at that face and I can tell you she has great potential!!! | ||

Do not paper train her!!!! If you do she will think she can use a potty inside the house. but that's what we want her to do, albiet in the right place. we've got neighbors who have been successful with indoor training. did lots of google'ing...  | ||

You should box train her. They have boxes for small dogs (like cats). Check Petsmart or another pet store. | ||
