As in title, when I pull in the clutch, the neutral light comes on, let the clutch out, the light goes out...

Odd, no?

Service manual no say anything about a correlation between the clutch and the neutral light...

A search of the web shows it to be the diode thats the problem... Makes sense as the bike cut out at Nurburgring last week and naturaly I first checked the fuses, all were fine (had diode out too) turned out the whacker plate had vibrated the battery cable loose...

Anyway, problem solved, if it happens to you, you now have the 6...
