Author Message   F_skinner Posted on Friday, May 22, 2009 - 03:04 pm:        Bike is a 96 S2T with a stock CV40 carb. When I turn the gas on it flows straight out the vent tube (on the lower part of the carb). I did not see anything out of the ordinary when I had it apart. Could the acc pump be getting stuck? Could it be the float bowl? it seemed to be with spec as well. When I tried it while the carb was on the bike I could not turn it. When I took the carb off again I was able to seat it better.
