Installed a D&D Full Exhaust System on my 2001 X1. There is very little clearance between the rear header pipe and the frame. Apparently in some riding conditions the pipe is rubbing the frame. Can't seem to adjust it to create more clearance. Has anyone had the same problem.

I had the same problem. Loosen everything up, get the header where you want it, tighten that down, and then tighten the band clamps that hold the pipes to the collector. It's still close on mine too, but it doesn't rub.
