Last summer I adjusted my tensioner per my shop manual's instructions. Afterwards, I found I only had about 1/4" of adjustment range left on the bolt (I was ignorant of this bit of maintenance so it went undone for a while). I'm now wondering if the shoe needs to be replaced or if my primary drive chain is worn out. I've got 25-30,000 miles on the bike.
