I was going down the road @ 70mph and hit the horn. The bike seemed to die. (stopped running) I would let off the horn and the bike would run normal? I did this few times then I stopped trying. I did not want to have to push it home. Runs fine just dont use the horn. It just seem to run of of juice.

Normal?

Bad battery?

What could be wrong?

XB9R 18k miles.

There is most likely a short to ground in the horn circuit.

That's your backup kill switch, in case the 1st one fails!

(j/k, or course!)

Tried again today. Works normally, for now.

Must be electrical gremlins!
