I'm about to put in a 88" in my M2. Besides the boring out the head and block, is there anything else that would need to be done? I'm also going to put cams in.

Yes for sure there is.

Choice of piston - comp ratio?

Gas flow?

Pushrods and followers?

Carb?

Exhaust?

You can't expect miracles just by upping the motors capacity. There's loads more and it's a science. Even an art form, searching for more performance. You need to start by asking yourself, what do you want?
