Glitch, glad you are ok, nice to see the gear works, I will be in touch later after I get off work with some of my home brew medicine for sleeping!! I have had a special little friend waiting for a time like this.

Glad I was not present because that piece of crap would not have drove himself home, I have a very hot temper when it comes down to it and a night in jail for assult is no biggie to me. WHEN we find this prick we need to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law!!!!!!!!!! Or let me have my way with him.

#1 reason not to drink at the Tex on your bike.

Cops don't really have much sympathy for someone on a bike anyways and if they even smell that you've had 1 beer God knows they won't be of any assistance for sure even if you were the one in the right.

Glitch-
Since you didn't call the cops last night can't you get in trouble now as well as the other guy for leaving the scene?
I hope not!! but I'm curious
I have a friend that is a Dekalb cop if you want to do something about it all but want to 'talk' to someone about it first to make sure.

Dave- I'm not insinuating you had anything to drink last night- I have no idea I wasn't there.
My comment about not drinking at the Tex was a general statement cuz if any of us find ourselves in the position you found yourself in last night having alcohol on our breath would not be a good thing.
If you decide to do something with your partial plate # make sure you can't get in trouble too.

I would like to say publicly that Dave has MANY years of experience and is a great rider. Seems like some people like to pick out any faults. Most of us at one point in time have had a accident or mishap by weird circumstaneces. Some might have laid their bikes over like in their own driveway , parking lots and in the mountains at the demos. It happens. Some more than others for sure. I think I've seen everyone or alot of people in our club and other riders drink beer. Have a JACK and COKE and a little 420 action! I myself had a few drinks last night like MOST of riders that go to the Vortex. I guess we all might think about our riding actions as we come and go at gathering places. I got a phone call early this morning someone just needed more info. I think some things were misunderstood and taken WAY out of contex.
