Hulley....It has to do with Stealth and a low speed low side on MY bike. This of course happened the day before I bought it. In short, it saved me some dough on the purchase for a few cosmetic "issues" SMHD/Buell made good on. Oh, and my bike was yellow before.

Got this off the Thumper forum:

I made the mistake of putting 20w in my Blast. I would trying 7.5w or 5w. Stock blast calls for 9.2oz of fork oil ( I think that is right ). I would Run 10oz to 10.5oz. The problem with running heavy weight oil is that it will foam up real bad and it will no longer do its job due to air trapped in it. Lower weight oil will foam up also but the air will escape lot faster.

Your thoughts per our conversation yesterday?

Oh Yeah-

I LOVE my new Easy Pull Clutch!!!!!
What a difference!!! My wrist doesn't ache at all this morning.

To be honest it was kinda pricey but I needed it. The part was $20, $50 with the grinding then an hour in labor to install it.

Clown- Not kicking a gift horse in the mouth by any means, just being honest. I totally appreciate that you guys worked it out for me. The grumblings among the ranks indicate that they would do it too if it wasn't quite so much. We want to spend our $$$ on Buell stuff so you're gonna get our money either way.

Oh yeah and will you see if you can get some of the Buell rain suits from Granite Mtn. No one but Michael and I have seen them. Bueller's don't seem to go that far south, it's too far from the twisties I guess. But I have been telling everyone you guys have them down there and I know a couple of the guys are in the market for one, I'm sure the 3%er's will deplete your inventory rather quickly while they still have their Christmas money.

Blaster, probably a Blast thing. I've never heard of foaming fork oil. Maybe the best person to ask is EZ. It maybe that the forks are so small? I dunno to be honest.

I might have some more tix coming by friday. I'll keep everyone posted. AT4R, the other companies making the mod for the clutch cost $150 just for the part + labor to install. I know you were just being honest, but the piece we made did not even exist until be tried to make it for you. It was only a hour labor to install the part. I don't think the total cost was that pricey.
