I will, at the very least, drive my go-kart up to TWO and have a meet-and-greet. Not sure which day. Maybe more than one. At best, I may arrive on either a KTM or a Triumph one day with my gracious host Ken, who knows all these roads like the back of his hand. | ||

Plus, the next weekend I am heading to my Dad's to help get some things done to the house before the weather turns. And remember, if your break your XB in the hills, I have one for sale! Heck, even if you don't break yours... I STILL have one for sale! | ||

I feel like I'm a day behind in preparing: have to put a new battery in the Uly, wash it (OK, that's optional), change the fuel filter on the truck (just realized it was due this AM), load both Buells in the truck, pack my riding gear, & load clothes & gear in the truck. I'm in for a late night tonight or a late start tomorrow plus a ~7 hour drive. Of course, hitting about 2 good curves in the mountains makes it worth all the effort. | ||

My truck needs fuel filter also... but this is a bike trip and the truck is staying home. I'm behind on getting ready also... just changed the oil. Front brake pads were gone, so that is next task and still need to re-engineer and relocate rear turn sigs to accommodate my bags... oh yea still gotta get packed and go secure the midnight oil... cleaning solution... or hooch... call it what you want, but my peeps are expecting it. | ||

OK, Uly is packed except for toiletries (gotta shower in the morning, after all), filled with oil, tires aired up, and farkles/chargers all hooked up. Rear tire is about half-tread...we shall see if it makes it  Here to Vern's and back is 1100...plus whatever it takes to get from Verns to TWO and back, plus whatever we do blasting around the mountains. Hmmm. GPS is programmed. Now to just get up in the AM, fuel up, and hit the road before the nor'easter hits! | ||
