Fall 555 Twisty Tour

Okay, I'm officially scheduling a ride. Borrowing Mike's tag line from last year (as well as his format - plagiarism is the ultimate compliment, right?), this will be...

"A Spirited Tour through Southeast Ohio."

Scheduled for Sunday, October 10 at 11am this will cover 185 miles over 5 1/2 hours, including 46 rolling, twisty miles of SR 555 (the "Triple Nickel").

Plan on being there given that it's not raining or wet (slippery leaves in twisties give me the heebie jeebies) and the temp is above 50.

I had no idea there was a motorcycle shop in Sunbury, Olive Green Cycle Works. Right by the carquest. Peeled a tire off a rim for me, they seem pretty Kewl. They do service and parts.

Fall Twisty Tour in 6 days! I'm curious who's planning on going so far. I'm going no matter how many or few indicate they're going, so even if you don't speak up before hand you can always just show up, ready to ride at 11am Sunday.

So who's planning on it so far?

Anyone looking for a shotgun for deer or turkey season? I've got a Mossberg 835 ulti-mag with 3 different barrels for sale, can shoot up to 3.5" shells. May do trade for parts or other stuff.....

Mine was doing that so I lightly sanded the rotor to knock the glaze off. Seems to have worked. I just used a little 400 wet/dry and water.

So i was headed 71N into Columbus from cincinnati this morning. It was about 8:10ish and i was driving under a bridge bout a mile south of big darby creek. Going over the bridge appeared to be a white uly. thought maybe it was a cobra member.

for anyone that didn't go on the ride....

Does anyone have a set of front brakes for a 02 x1?? I'll order some tomorrow but if anyone happens to have a extra set today it would make my day. I just checked them seemed like a a couple weeks ago and i figured i could make it till it got too cold but i guessed wrong. they're starting to make me nervous... you can call or text 6144858758.
