What's the number/address for the Alpine place? I will be trying for at least 2 nights (Fri-Sat) there, maybe 3 if I can get out of work early enough. I'm also willing to split a room. I don't know if I can make the whole event right now, but I know I can make Friday and Saturday for sure. | ||

I'll be canceling my room res for the 16-20 or 21st, so it will be available shortly, not sure if they've got a wait list or not. Was to be two doubles or queens, I don't recall but can update info when I get home later today. Three banquet tickets up for grabs too, posted in the ticket exchange thread. | ||

ALpine Valley said they had rooms left on Monday, I called back to book and got voice mail. Called Tuesday and got voice mail. Neither voice mails got returned. I called today and they are sold out. Seriously?? Stupid crappy service... We'll likely stay in E Troy, I kind of don't want to give AV our business now!  Any one have a room they are planning to cancel for Fri and Sat night, shoot me a PM and let's see if we can transfer it instead. Thanks. EDIT: scratch that. Booked at Country Inn in E Troy. Cheaper, king bed, pool and hot tub, cont breakfast...and I don't mind having to ride back to the hotel at night since we pretty much don't drink. (Message edited by andymnelson on May 26, 2010) | ||

Okay, I'm canceling my reservation for the dates of 06/16-06/20. It is a balcony, non smoking room with two beds(not sure the size, paper work says "DBLS"). I don't know if there's a sort of exchange available for this or if I should just cancel. I'll ask when I call. -Mike | ||
