Don't worry about it. We are gonna have a great time! To be honest with ya.... I'm glad Erik and crew are taking the time to come play and spend a little time with us. Just think how many irons are in the fire... ya just can't leave them unattended. He knows... we know... you guys have done a great thing. | ||

Let me just jump in also and say I think you guys have done a wonderful job setting up this event. To me the "local twisty rides" is what I am looking forward to. I think the current itinerary is perfect. Riding during the day then hanging out with fellow Buellers in the evening, topping that off with a banquet and concert Friday night. I can't think of a better way to celebrate our bikes. And I personally think that if anyone has the balls to bitch to any of you guys (Rocco, Dana, or Steve) about what they would have liked see done differently, you just assign them to plan and coordinate next year's homecoming. | ||

I too appreciate the efforts of all the organizers. But I do have a question regarding the schedule. I see times for registration, but virtually nothing else has a time tied to it. Like the track day, I plan on being a spectator, the Group Dinner at Roma's, Bike Night at Union Grove, Group Photo, Dinner & Door Prizes. What time do these events start? | ||

Just A reminder..... If you are planning on purchasing a Buell Homecoming 2010 T-shirt. You must order by June 8th or your shirt will not be ready for Homecoming. Alpine will not under contract let shirts be sold on premises. Dana and Rocco | ||

All I can say about Alpine policy... is good luck getting us to come back next year... as far as the Erik Buell Racing tour, etc. don't sweat it... after the grief of HD closing down Buell... this HC event should just be a walk in the park for participants... we are not going anywhere for years to come... so it is all good... and thanks guys... I know you all have jobs and kids at home, so whatever I can do to help out that weekend just let me know... Steve has my cell #... Char  | ||

All I can say about Alpine policy... is good luck getting us to come back next year Char your not staying there anyways if memory serves. The whole idea is East Troy. Can you find another Banquet hall that can hold 400 plus in East Troy ?? Good luck with that. Alpine has rules.... we will have to follow,like or dislike. | ||

We'll have a fabulous time. I've been to Homecomings that were as simple as "meet behind the Quonset hut" to the professionally planned to the minute. I've been to THREE "First Annual Buell Owners" events. I'm amazed and thrilled at the work Steve, Rocco and Dana have done and I'll bet we have the best time ever! Our group will be leaving FT Leonard Wood, MO on Tuesday in the morning. We will have a 1125r, XB9S, and XB12Scg leading a suburban with a toy hauler. We are NOT taking the slab up to Delavan, WI. We will stick to state roads and make it a day trip to arrive in Delavan, WI at our hotel room. If anyone wants to jump in the convoy just send me an email. If anyone wants to buy an 1125r D&D Exhaust I will have it with me *off the bike* up there the entire time. Just let me know, it's got to go. | ||

It seems that they won't make as much money, but I still appreciate the price dropping. Did they say how much lower the rates are going to be? | ||

Crusty Actually what happened was the rooms rates were filled but not for the price that Rocco and I agreed with them on. Someone caught it and fixed it and that made Rocco and I aware of it. I guess you could say it was good business practice and honesty. We appreciated it also. | ||
