oh lol, i guess i didnt "read" into it..lol, i cant wait to be riding in that weather : D shit i will be glad to be riding. its depressing, for the last 3 days i have seen the same 2 bikes on base, i even caught the guys that owned them one time. i told him i hate them, because i miss mine so much. oh well, i will be riding soon enough, and the temp wont matter!

LOL Tires were hard as bowling balls last night. Leaving Yukon I almost lost it on the U-Turn heading back to the Interstate.

Whew... thank goodness for "muscle memory"! That's why we ride, so when it happens, it's second nature!

Nilla ... you were right ...

I did more research and found my bike is an SL and not an S. Now that I look back, when I took twoblocked's 12Ss for a spin, it didn't feel as nimble ... I thought it was maybe the length, 12 vs 9, suspension set-up, etc ... but maybe not.

Not that it makes much difference to me - I love the bike ... but it's good to know.
