Thursday looks a bit cold so, I finished my trailer mods and plan to park my truck at the rideshare parking beside the Waffle House. I'll be there a little before 10:00.

Ok, got the trailer loaded. Do I need to be unloaded and ready to ride at ten, and are we meeting at the Shell, Chevron, Rideshare lot, or ??. I don't have heated gear or any kind of real cold weather stuff so I figured hauling the bike would be better than leaving my house at 7:30 in 20 something temps.

I just took a shower after waking up from a nap. Man I'm still tired, but I'd do it again. Shoeless, you missed out on a fun one, and could have done a little off-roading with Charlie and Eric. ; )

Thanks guys .. In spite of two push starts, 6 jump starts, a dent and a broken blinker .. I had a great time.

Uly = Not a dirt bike, in my unskilled hands at least. Thats what happens when the old man tries to do the things from his youth. I've got to get a cheap little dirt bike and get some dirt skills back.

Thanks again Charlie, Fran and all for helping me limp back home .. never would have made it without ya. Knew it was going to be an interesting day when I had already had 3 jump starts just to get to the top of 400 and then Charlie had to push start me .. all before we even started riding.

Great ride with some true BadWeatherBikers.

OK........................I HATE MY TEACHER!!!! I miss this ride to the mountains cuz I was worried about the test we were "supposed" to have today!!! So me bein the stellar student I am i skipped the ride to study. Well....I show up today and he postpones the test to MONDAY!!! WTF!!! Next time I'm just gonna go and make up the test! Lesson learned!

Riding Tall, I got your message this morning. I guess I forgot to tell you I would be in St. Simons Island all weekend. We will be home late tonight and I know with work and all it can be tough.

You can drop the bike off and leave the key in the camper if you like. I have left my bike outside for weeks with the key in it and nobody has messed with it. Also, could I get you to bring the netbook with the USB to Serial adapter? That will make the diag much easier.
