I was just saying, if there was an American manufacturer that did make them with all the attributes currently associated with that type of bike in the same pricepoint... Then squids across the nation would own them. I know I speak for many when I say (spider) I'm very happy with the niche that my xb fills. I sing it's praises to all that will listen. I think he's at Milford Regional St. Vincent's in Worcester (confirmed), so if you wanna go visit I'm sure he could use it. As for his bike, he said the adjuster was floating the term "totaled," but nothing's in stone yet. Bring bike mags and porn (is there a difference?). And this is why MA needs to take a close look at the old-people-driving laws. Cager that cut in front of him was 94. yes: ninety-effin'-four. Holy crap on a cracker. He's in good spirits, besides having just been told that he's probably going to be off his feet for over a month. His right leg has crazy swelling due to blood clot and an infection... I was on Neponset street a couple times long ago with the Damnut too. Weather permitting,we may be out towards the southWESTernmost corner of RI Sunday for a ride with Gregg (SteelBravo) and perhaps Barbara too. The surf may be violent because of the offshore storm.The temps are usually about 10 degrees cooler by the shore as well. Today is my last scheduled 2nd shift,but i'm starting to like it.I get to do 1st on Fridays for a long weekend. Well not necessarily good drugs but definitely some strong anti-biotics...nurses have been great...a couple of them cute. Scotty did keep trying to look up my skirt...I think he snapped a few indescrete pics with his phone... Drag racing this weekend...yup I'm in...dragging my azz that is. Is there a booby prize for last place???(mmmmm boobies) Doc told me I will be on crutches for possibly up to two months...no word on when they will let out of here yet...but right now Saturday will be the earliest. Still figuring out whats going on with the infection, what's up with the lump on the left leg and what to do for drugs at home for the blood clot in the right leg. The clot is the big issue...emergency potential life threatening...so I'll definitely be on blood thinners and that right there officially ended my bid for a marathon in October (no kidding I was training for it) and my bike will be coming off the road cause I won't be allowed to ride it. Smallest accident could cause me to bleed out without even knowing it...so that adds to the suckyness of the whole ordeal. Lets see what else... Blake vs Eric...hmmmmm....yup that topic is covered...but being a typical NEBO guy I have my two cents... America (Blake please note use of capital A there for ya big guy) couldn't make a IL4 that competes with the Jap bikes...that's why they/we don't do it. I don't for a second buy the whole sale for loss thing there Blake...America has to wake up to the fact that we don't like to work...just do service and be able to buy and replace expensive stuff...can't find anything on the shelf not made in China? That's because we are too expensive to pay for manual labor and can't be bothered with refinement...cheap rules. We are the ultimate in the throw away society model...that is the one place NOBODY else in the world can beat us. I'm keeping that to a short statement and won't continue to debate it...I have no energy for it. I love this country...but boy do we have a lot of waking up and re-learning to do...we have/are fallen(ing) flat on our faces and we just don't want to see it. Ok, so no one was going to go to NED with me anyway - that's ok, the fall is coming and our bikes love the cooler dry air! Seriously, I know you guys are all about the corners, but you really will learn to ride better and have a lot of fun going down the track! JP, you've been, do you agree? For those of you who road race and do standing starts - you will learn how to launch your bike hard and pick up position on the start.
