Doug let me know when you get the pipe in, I have a bunch of maps for the ECM and a cable I can hook you up in no time flat, it only takes a few minutes to program the bike. If you run an aftermarket exhaust with a K&N with out a Race ECM or a tuned map you will foul plugs like it is cool. When I first got my XB12 I was fouling plugs at the cyclic rate and was about ready to sell the bike until I did some research.

Just let me know when you want to get it done I can bring the laptop and cable to you if need be.

Hey Capt, you're right that is pretty cool. She's just one of the wives in the Hooligans that rides Buell. We've got a couple others and more are getting up the nerve everyday! I can't wait until mine's decides to join the ranks!

the 05 belt guards match up perfectly with the 03 swingarm bolt holes. PM'd ya some details.

i got some turn signals in the mail today. one is yours if you still need it

and if anyone needs/wants to remove their dive pulley;
i have the big-azz 1-7/8 socket and associated 3/4 drive breaker bar complete with cheater pipe to lend.
also the T-47 for the sprocket bolts.

Seem like I have missed a lot around here. I am always into seeing about riding. Now that Tawana is on the back, it makes things a little easier. I will just need some advance notice so that we can get a babysitter. Also, mentioned to Mel, I want to hit the drag strip that Goody mentioned awhile back. I won't be able to go until the end of Aug though. But I am going to get some of the guys that work with me who ride crotch rockets to go so I can show them that we aren't push overs.

Heads up... Anyone interested in hitting "the strip" might want to check to see what's required by that tracks "Tech inspection". I found out that Dinnwiddie requires that the kill switch be wired to the rider, in case you and the bike are separated during the run. (God forbid) I saw some pretty intricate setups while I was there and some pretty simple ones too. Some were as simple as taping a hole and adding a small screw and lanyard on to the switch that would pull it to the off position if you dismount.

Dinnwiddie didn't seem to strict on attire, just that you had a helmet, boots, jacket and the appropriate endorsement on you DL.
It did look like fun tho. And I was VERY tempted.
