For those of you that WERE at the meeting. Bud showed some mock-ups of t-shirts that we're planning on doing. For those of you that WEREN'T at the meeting the T-shirt has a Brew City small text+thunderbolt on the front breast, Hals logo on one arm, Buell logo on the other arm, and a large Brew City Thunderbikes logo/oval on the back of the T-shirt.

Well, at 1st there was a bit of a snag. The company that we were going to go through couldn't do them because they weren't licensed to print the Buell logo. But, we took a chance anyways, and submitted the design.

To our surprise, it was approved, AND it's cheaper.
T-shirts are $12 Each, regardless of size because we aren't using these for profit. If we were using these for profit, there would be a setup fee, and licensing fee for using the Buell logo.

But the thing is, we need to know IMMEDIATELY. Like by Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning at the LATEST, so we can get a true count of how many shirts, and what sizes we need.

So if you guys could email me what sizes, and how many T-shirts you'd like. That would be awesome!

Thanks.

So I am having a nice little conversation with myself here: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/384 2/460158.html?1242783097

Anyone have a breakout box?
How about a spare Race ECM? Source for an ECM?

Anyone have an ECMspy? Does it work on the tuber?

Steve,

I was looking at the Fri. forecast and it says we will see some rain in the morning, ending at around noonish. Do you still want me to show up for the demo days at 8:00 if its raining. I know they will not let anyone demo if the roads are at all wet.

Jason,
The forecast for tomorrow is iffy at best. However, we need all riders here at 8:00 am. If rides are delayed due to weather, we will decide that with the Demo Fleet Co-ordinators at that time. Any questions, please give me a call.
Thanks,
BudC

PS. The BCTB t-shirts were ordered yesterday. They should arrive on 6/03/2009 in time for the Homecoming events at Hal's. I had to increase the order twice yesterday since so many people want them. So far we have commitments for 54 shirts. Way to go guys!!

Great working with you guys today! We saw maybe 12 drops this am on the route ride..after that she cleared up nicely.

Great bike assortment, both on the Buell and HD side. I got in 6 rides with 6 different bikes. The XB12R shall be mine!

Hopefully this leads to some sales for Hal's.

Needless to say, I was just a little slow moving on Sunday morning.

I hope everyone is doing well on this holiday.

Slaughter- I am here in Hartford, About two, three blocks west of the 'Shaft. I think we tried to meet up last year but I got MY wires crossed or something. Anyway if it works out I might be able to meet up with ya. I have a lot of things going on at the moment but if we can work something out that would be cool!

Bud- Man..I forgot again about the bike night! Man you need to remind me sooner! One of these times I (or should I say we) will make it!

Which reminds me!

A good friend of mine who works at Cedar Creek Motorsports in Cedarburg just told me that They are gonna get a Bike Night started at Wayne's drive-in at 5 corners starting June 3rd (which is Wednesday Night). He said they are going to have prizes and free dyno runs along with some other things t.b.a.
Sounds like fun. They do a great job with the classic cars on Thursdays so I can imagine this will done as well. If anybody wants more info let me know, I will try and find a website or something.

I'm on 4-wheels. Bummer.

I'm for sure going to make Friday at Hals regardless of whether or not I'm heading to RA.

I'm pretty flexible on timing for dinner. Daytime is kinda busy.

Steve,
Any plans for lunch after the factory stuff is over on Fri. I was thinking of something like heading over to Gus's just down the road for some eats- then back to my place in Mukwonago for a Beer with Todd S. You and any others can stop by if you want. Then off to the Garage Party later.
Jason N.
P.S.- I'll stock up on Brew
