My Father hasn't been well for the past year, and he past away early this morning. I'm down here with my Mom, and family, and we're doing as best as could be expected.

I was planning on coming down to visit this last weekend, but I couldn't make it.

Speaking of this weekend .. Looks like the weather is turning crudy for the weekend. What does everyone think of postponing it till the 21st ? Would that work with people schedules ?

I don't mind doing it this weekend but if it's cold and rainy it won't be much of a BBQ .. Thoughts ?

Tim, Roebling Road Raceway in Bloomingdale,Ga not far from Savannah. It's the first round for WERA's National series.

Friday is a full practice day "which I won't get to do" I won't roll in some time in the afternoon.


Saturday is the 4 HR Endurance race

I'll get one or maybe two sessions of practice in the am before the endurance race

Sunday is race day for me, I'll race LWTSS- Lightweight twins and Formula 2

I've only been to that track once back in 07' in the same WERA Nationals.

I'll try my best come rain or shine


Charlie, I showed Nicholas the pic of you wearing his hat. He looked at it and said "Charlie......that's my hat! Then he jumped out of my lap and went looking for it.



Glitch, Remember the summer of 03' and we both went through at least 3 sets of tires. We'd roll up to the mountains and most people didn't even know what a Buell XB was, lol!

cool michael. i have my first race at jennings with ccs 4-5 apr. practice 4th, race 5th. the race schedule is jacked with back to back races. 1125-supertwins-formula-40, s1w- gtu-thunderbike. i might drop thunderbike and run the 1125 in heavyweight superbike also. haven't decided yet. do you feel like running ahrma at Barber in october? bring the duc.

Tim, I'd give anything to make it to your first race, I'm sure you'll do great.

I'd enjoy doing a CCS or ahrma race. Is that the Festival of speed race weekend at Barber in october?

Looks like we'll have lots to talk about in a couple weeks.
