Bill,the plastic parts of my bike are at my house,the cylinders are on their way back from Wisconsin,the rims are without tires,the swingarm,rocker boxes,rims, and a few other parts are waiting sand blasting and then to send to be powder coated. | ||

Gone in 60 seconds was right, or maybe a few more than 60! S2scott gets a Buell patch that is 4x6 inches. Richie gets a Buell patch that is 2 ½ x 3 1/4. I am too smart for them... they will never figure out this was a rigged contest. Well... I bet you all are wondering how "DAS helps Shazam" - the sequel, went. Contrary to the way I usually am, I will not bore you with the details... since it was only a small fire and we were able to save most of Sam's beer! ...but nothing else! However, I do have a few questions. 1. Does anyone know if Sam was really fond of that cat? 2. Was it meant to be a joke when someone once told me, "Tighten the bolt until it breaks or the threads strip... then back off ½ a turn."? 3. Why is it if you blow on a match the fire goes out... but if you take a blower from a air compressor hose and blow on fire... the flames get bigger? 4. Why is it when you are working on a buddies bike... and you say "Oh f*ck!" they get a panicked look on their face? 5. Would you consider it an important bit of information that someone kicked over a gasoline can... just before someone else flicks a lit cigarette into the pool of gas? 6. How long does it take for a black eye to clear up? 7. When hair is ripped out when duct tape is removed, how long will it take for my eyebrows to grow back? 8. I did the right thing by running into the burning garage and saving the beer didn't I? 9. After thinking about what happened, I don't remember seeing Sam after he was trying to drag his XB out of the flames... has anyone heard from Sam? 10. Jeff... when can I come over and help you work on your bike? | ||

Hey... I may be a bit slow... but somebody splain this to me... how come the weekend I move everyone goes to Arkansas... and when Tripper moves Bill gets everyone to rally around and help? Hey Richie, It's prolly too late already, but have them get the texture out of the swingarm. On Fuscat's swingarm, you can see the vertical lines in the casting. IMHO it would look better if the sides of the swingarm (at least) were sanded smooth. Like I said...prolly too late but I tried anyway. Fuscat's still looks pretty damn cool all the same  , but you're right Fus....that fender has to go or something......it looks out of place doesn't it? I'll be calling ya Sunday when I'm back in town and settled in again  Tripper, If I didn't have to work Saturday, I would help too...but I guess you have plenty of strong backs and "lil' indians with hatchets" running around as it is  | ||

Frank,the swingarm has already been sanded!I have the newer style swingarm,it had no casting seams in it,or vertical casting lines. | ||
