Hey it is not going to snow just rain on the 10th i am still up in the air as to if i want to drive up or ride the buell up not sure i have rode in worse then just rain it is going to be a high of 40 in d.c i am in VA beach by the way i will let you know by thursday if i am going to ride or not. but I am def going none the less. my number is 757 553 4679 hit me up later and we can work something out.

I ain't skared... I'm thinking of mounting the Buell. Last year I got one of those "Photo Tickets" in the Jeep. (56 in a 45) and we sat in traffic most of the way. At least you can push the bike on the shoulder if traffic comes to a complete stop. Might be easier to find parking too.

Early in the morning Saturday returning late in the evening.

i got some $2 coupons tonight from sshd. cheaper than online, but only by a buck, and then i gotta wait in line at the ticket booth.

i'd say roll out at sunrise, that'd my preference. that way we get there a bit sooner, and be a little safer (negligibly) on the roadways.

Anyone know a local place to get a GPS mount. I want to see how this GPS would work on the bike (it isn't made for it) but it is cheap enough for me to give it a try and not worry about messing it up.

Since you southside boys have to travel farther, why don't you pick the start time. I'll add 30 mins to that for me and then we can add a lil over an hour to that for James, and maybe my brother (who has not yet confirmed)

James how about we pick you up somewhere off of the 64W & 295N Split? Can you recommend a place? (Riding the slab is going to be entertaining enough without having to go through downtown Richmond) You pick the spot and I'll have my brother meet us there too.

yo just checked the weather and here it is
Saturday: Snow during the morning will become a mix of wintry precipitation during the afternoon. High near 40F. Winds SE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precip 80%. i might be rethinking my travel plans for Saturday morning do to this will confirm friday night if i am riding or caging it up.

Wow... the weather changed from the 50's to the 20's with snow kinda quick didn't it? Think it's for real?

OK Contingency Plan:
IF by tomorrow noon, they are still calling for rain/snow mix in DC then I think we should cancel our quest to ride in.
