Foot is hurtin' pretty good today, but doubling up on lortabs is keeping me sane.

Sam is being a great nurse and my son has been awfully snuggly too!

I may have the hand guards from my CityX I could send to you. I don't know if they fit a Uly or not.
If I find them, I'll send them to you so you can try them out.

Russ, the hand guards would be great! They will fit as they are all the same.

Just wipe off the shipping money from the isolator and ship the hand guards

Today was awesome. Rode 3 sessions and photographed 3 sessions. Bloke made some suspension changes for me, and the gsx-r feels like a whole new bike!

Mike, I can't return your text message because my phone is roaming, and I'm not going to call you because I don't want to talk for an hour. The trailer's so warm that I actually had to turn one of the heaters off, so I'm in good shape. I'll see you guys tomorrow.

Ugh. What a freaking day. Long story short, a control rider took me out in turn one. He ran wide trying to pass me on the inside and knocked me right off the ••••••• track. The gixxer is somewhat broken, but I'm fine. Just a skinned knee.

Yeah, I had a chat with the coordinator. I wasn't even mad at the dude until I heard he lied about what happened. He claimed he was passing me on the outside, and I ran wide. The T1 corner worker saw the whole thing and backed me up, but the control rider was an old friend of the organizer and an "expert racer." The organizer did at least chew the guy out for making a bad pass, but he still believes I'm the one who made contact. I don't care about my bike nearly as much as I care about my integrity being called into question, and that's what pissed me off.

Is there any way you could get them to cover you on another track day with them? It seems to me that if their control rider took you out, and you were unable to complete your track day because of it, they should at least cover you for the next one. Especially if the doofus that took you out tried to lie about the incident. That shows zero class in my book.

Russ, that is really awesome.

Reminds me of a cool guy I met at the track this weekend. His wife had a double mastectomy due to breast cancer. While she was in the hospital, he painted his bike pink for her. : )

My Sister just had a double mastectomy a week ago friday.
She is doing well... and the good news is that she may not need chemo!! We are super excited to hear that!
The doc said that there were no signs of cancer outside of what they removed.

I'm signed up for Jennings Dec 13-14 its two groups only, you Should try to make it down and if not try for Jennings the last week weekend in Dec. Its sorta a New Years eve party.

Broke left clipon (I have a spare)
Bent left rearset (I have a spare)
Broke fairing stay
Dented tank
Broke rear subframe

After I take the body work off and put the stock seat back on, it will be rideable. Just stark naked, without even a tail section.

Well guys, I sold the R6. Put it up on Craigslist and it was gone the next day. I probably won't be back on two until the spring. I still have some XB stuff if anyone wants it? Turn signals, foot pegs, rear spring, one third eye mirror. Low ball me I don't care, just want to get the stuff out of my closet.

Anyone looking for an '04 12R? I have been trying to not do anything with it while telling the wife it was getting parted or sold whole but I can't keep BS'n her any longer. I guess it has to go soon. $4900, 19K, NEW Dunlops, fresh service, headlight recall done, my 12 pipe, my seat heat barrier, there's a Power Commander on it now but that can/will come off with the advent of ECMSpy. Runs great.
