FYI I have been getting excellent parts and service from Worth HD on North Oak. I go in there and nicely ask them for what I need, treat them respectfully and never have any problems. Maybe this does not work for some people, but through the warranty issues, they got things done right for me. So far they have addressed electrical problems, O2 sensor and a complete exhaust system replacement, the new header was installed in record time and the bike was clean and ready to go way before I expected it. | ||

Paul, It's completely fine to vent when you need to!! From my experience of owning a Buell is, if you do get good service its rare! Sure their are exceptions: Modesto Buell Waterloo Buell Topeka Buell If Central has interested parts people, we need names. I had a good experience with Zeus from Central, hope he still works there. Just like when I call Topeka, I request to talk to Dave Chall. I will not let anyone else attempt. I hope Central makes an improved effort at supporting the local Buellers. We also need to make an effort to show patience and respect. I will not defend any dealer, every persons experience is different. In a time when people speak of Customer Service, it is hard to find at times!! Jeff | ||

Ok, this is going a little bit too far. First of all, I've told you guys to talk to either Zeus, or Kelly (yes, Zues will be there for quite some time). I have told you all NOT to talk to the older guys, because yes, they don't give a shit. By the same tolken, I have asked you guys to bear with me, and be patient. Something else to think about here. You guys can bad mouth the shop all you want. It is YOU that's ultimately going to make the difference. If you all spend you're time bitching about us on the badweb, WHY DON'T YOU COME IN, AND COMPLAIN TO SOMEONE BESIDES ME, OR EACH OTHER, HERE??? YOu guys should be talking to Marylin FACE TO FACE. Hell, go straight to the top, and talk to Carol...she owns the place. I suggest you use a little tact and deplomacy either way. Blowing up like Paul did, will only get you ignored, and worse yet, kicked out. I've also told you guys, that I am powerless in changing minds up there, because I am a pee on. I have no control over that. Going about it this way, won't make anything better, I can guarandamntee ya! Again, you guys will make the difference. Why don't you give it a shot and talk to her. Can't hurt anything, can it? Paul, Yes, you're right. You should of talked to me or Zeus face to face. Zeus asked me to tell you that if you want, he would be more than happy to explain the situation to you. Since you are so upset that we are doing the best we can (for free, without having the bike, and with you not even riding it in the winter) I have 3 suggestions for you: 1. Act like an adult, and let us take care of your bike (which we don't even posess) 2. Go find another dealership that will obey your every whim, 3. Do like Richie said, and sell that american piece of shit, buy ya an italian or big 4 bike, and see how much better they treat you. I'm doing all I can to make both sides happy. I don't have to, and you ALL know that. But I do it, because I love the bikes, and I like hanging out with you all. Take that into consideration before you start badmouthing everyone at the shop. I still work there, and have to maintain loyalty both to them, and to you guys. So please, please don't make choose sides. Also keep in mind, that Zeus is our newest addition, indifferent for what bike parts he's looking for. He tries like hell to make customers happy, wether they are H-D riders OR Buell riders. He seen your post, Paul, and he wasn't too happy about it. He honestly tries, and didn't deserve that, man. Hell, alot of times I go to ask him if he's done something Buell related, he's already taken care of it. So give him a shot, cause he's the man you all need to be talking to! P.S. I am on my second... almost third day into a mild to crappy migraine... that unfortunately is a negative factor... hopefully it will fade before tomorrow... I missed Monday at work because of it... and it cycled back a bit stronger tonight. Sometimes these last for days. Not bitching... just explaining. Mobbers... in light of the recent postings related to Sam... I do not feel I can participate in the weekly BRAG meeting. I have too much pent up emotion to face the membership until this disjustice is resolved. KC Bill... I had spent a sleepless night considering your postings of the evening of December 9th, 2003. I feel that in good conscience I can not be a part of any fabricated postings on this venue to harass or embarrass a fellow member of the KC Mob. Though I have not known Sam (aka Shazam) very long, I have in fact learned he is a man of great skill and moral example. I have learned of and personally observed his professional dedication to this BRAG chapter, and of his loyalty to the members of the KC Mob, thus holding in high regard his duties as club treasurer. Therefore, I divorce myself from any childish or otherwise immature antics to bring ridicule upon... or cause embarrassment to my good friend... nay, my brother Sam... known in this venue as Shazam. AND... ANYONE wanting to disrespect this man is going to deal with me and my efforts to protect the reputation of this man. KC Bill, you should spend a little time reflecting upon your actions. Additionally... you might consider stepping down from the position of club president. Furthermore... I feel and the other members of the KC Mob may also feel that the office of club president should be presented to Sam as an apology for this disrespect by you... in making such a suggestion to fabricate postings about Sam. Coincidently... I have information in my possession that will once and finally address the past postings pertaining to any marriage plans by Sam... and related to the allegations of the alleged pregnancy of his significant other.
