Sanchez, Great pics...WERA has a few class's you can run the Ninja 250 in. I had several friends that raced them this year. They raced on the same tires all year, about6 races. Talk about a cheap race bike. I'd be happy to help wire it up for ya. Do Ed's school or the cheaper way out is sign up for the WERA school at the first race in Feb' at Tally.

Whats up guys. Havent been in here in a while, well ever since i sold the X1. But Just wanted to stop buy and invite everyone out to TACO MAC at Mall of Georgia tomorrow night to celebrate my 23rd...i know i know Im getting old...lol

But ya, like I said 10pm is when it starts. Just another reason to get together and meet some of you guys. Charlie you better at least stop by.

Hey Steven,
I rode to work on race weekend! that should about say it all.
On 19/41 in Hampton, A Explorer was in the right lane and wanted to be in the left. wet pavement,.......
Anyway, the main damage is to the frame above the header. If it's totaled I'm going to try to buy it back.
I bruised my right arm,shoulder,and ribs and picked some gravel out of my left wrist. "All gear all the time" Thank GOD I listened.

Well guys, looks like I might have me a new job after all. I found a contact that is part of a defense contractor in Kuwait. They do all kinds of stuff including security. Now i have to get me a damn passport so I can travel abroad. So far looks like a year stint at a time with two weeks vacation after 6 months. Still tax free up to my first $100,000. Not too bad for a white boy from GA. I hope ya'll are doing well and will let you know if I get it. Damn I need a job!

Thanks Tim. I have been looking for work in the defense sector, and i may have found it. Hopefully I will know something in a few days. They seem to be very interested in my marksmanship instructor status the most. Maybe i'll get a job instructing again. That would be ideal. Like I said, I'll let ya'll know if I end up leaving the country. Not the best locale, but anything that makes money right now is better than that piss poor unemployment check.

Shred, It's not Blackwater. It's CSA LTD. They do all kinds of stuff, not just security. If anyone wants to run a gym in Kuwait or Africa, I have the hook-up now. It's all civilian for the most part with the security running going to previous military.Anyone with a DD-214 who is looking for work can do quite well with them. I have a phone interview with a Colonel in Kuwait tomorrow. Then off to get my passport. Would be nice to see everyone again before I took off. I'll keep ya'll updated.

Thanks all, great to meet everyone. You'll have to forgive me I'm slow with names and I'm having to learn two names for everyone. The real name and the screen name. Next time we meet up I'll still be learning.

New12r – great stoppies and wheelies, I can't wait to see the pic's. Anytime you want to come over an play,
your more than welcome. If anyone wants to bring the 50's over some time I think it would be great fun in the lot.

Sanchez - the program I was thinking of is gwenview, it's a KDE thumbnail program but with the kipi-plugin's it can read raw files and show the EXIF data. I like it at least as much as picasa. I can't test it cuz my camera is to old and cruddy to even put the EXIF info in the file.

After the middle of the month or any time in the future, if anyone's going up to the mountains my wife and I are always looking for a good excuse to go riding.

Hello 3%ers.

I am a co-organizer of the Atlanta Motorcycle Enthusiasts and a Buell loyalist. Its been a while since I looked in on Badweb, but wanted to toss out a ride that's coming together as we speak. I'd love to have at least one other Buell along.

I have one open slot on a 8-person ride going to Cherahola / Deals Gap leaving at lunch time on 11/21 and returning 11/23. We're staying at the Lodge at Tellico and total lodging for two nights with a hot breakfast Saturday and Sunday is $96.00/person. I'm closing the ride Tuesday, so please let me know if you're interested.

On another note, anybody got feedback on the combination of the race ECM, high-flow air intake and Jardine RT-1? I am considering investing in this combo for my CityX but wanted to see if any of you had experience with it.

Your advice and experience is appreciated.

I did not like the RT 1,(i installed one on a CityX) raspy, and almost a total loss on the bottom. Better off with a Special Ops or Drummer.
