Can't blame Goody. I did it by accident the first time, and I wanted to reproduce the results, obviously with little luck. I just reeeaaly don't like doing it on ol yeller due to the Low suspension. She bottoms on some pretty lame bumps. |

Good riding with everyone again, Tank the bagger did great the more and more I look at it the more and more I want a Uly why oooo why did you have to go and get one? Now that I see how they handle and everything I am not near as apprehensive as I was. If you all know any one selling a XB9s let me know my sister is looking for one, she rode Becky's a couple of weeks ago and it was instant love she could not quit smiling after she got off of it so she is in the market for one.

Meeee, do wheelies? Tank it must be that 1200cc underneath you just itchin to be let loose. Just give her a good whack of the throttle in 1st gear, she will come up real easy.

I'm out for a while... I need a new set of rubber, combine that with the 10K and I just don't have the spare grand layin around right now.
But then again... they race on "slicks" right? so as long as it doesn't rain or nothin!!!

I have got to put some miles on this pig, so I'll be riding all day. SSHD has my plates so I'm going to go pick them up after the Steel Horse thing. Thinking about taking the long way home, 17-10-ferry.
Looking like I'll be riding Sunday too. Who knows where?? |

Looks like a Pungo ride tomorrow 8/3, meet at SSHD, 9am.
Duck says he might make it if he isn't too wasted from the 7-hour open bar at the wedding he is attending.??

Good ride today everyone not to hot and we met a new Bueller, if we keep it up we can get enough buells to make a big showing at Poe's

Im in for this coming Sunday for Poe's...trying to talk wife into going for a ride....
She keeps me under wrap when she rides so no "road warrior" for me if she rides. LOL
Speaking of road warrior, Im going back to MX helmets for summer riding. More air flow and less weight. Road helmets are too hot for me. Plus I like a visor for those blinding sunspots. I'll be "Mad Maxin" it on Sunday.

Mel, no cape but wait till you see what I did with one of my old MX helmets...I will be easy to spot in a crowd, MX helmet/boots and body armor.
I wont be attracting Buell recruits...LOL but I will be taking the "hooligan" to extreme. Should be fun. Looking forward to riding. 
James, not sure if she is going and if she does, she will be riding with me. Jovanna is in Puerto Rico so she is out. |

Mike are you gonna ride the lightning or you gonna be a trader again and ride some of that other stuff (DUC or Honda?) The Buell is gonna be jealous two rides in a row you took the other ones out but not her. SHAME SHAME SHAME.

Can I recommend instead of a meet time at the McD's we call it a "Wheels up" time? (pun intended) Kinda like they do at the airport for private planes? That way if there are folks running late or not coming, they'll know the posse has already pulled out? So those who are ready to go can just get on the road.
Say 8:15ish or 8:20? |
