Well one more update before I take off from work. Buck is now out of the hospital with doctors orders to take it easy and not ride for a while. He said he was going to go and drop off his bike this evening not to sure if he will though.

btw any1 up for some riding maybe wensday? i know i can spare that time so i get a ride in before i leave fri, for 2 weeks i wont be able to ride! what will i do?? : (

We were out in Chesterfield Saturday and Buck took a turn a little to wide and ended up in a ditch. Bike has a bent rim and a dented oil tank cover (2007 1200 Sporty). He went to the hospital last night and had some internal bleeding. They released him today and said he will be alroght in a week or so.

I have missed a lot, I hope you feel better buck. I recently took a spill too, and was blessed. Windy City is fun, I rode with my brother and his friends and they (Sportbike Rider's) ride a little faster than I am used to or my bike wants to go, but it was fun. I have been to San Diego, and I am in Corpus Christi, TX now. I leave to go back to Chicago tomorrow and then to ATL on Friday. I will get back to Norfolk on Sunday just to fly back to San Diego on Monday-Friday. Gotta love my job. Take care and I will catch up with you all when I get back.

Did you fix your oil leak. When I get back, mine is going in for 5K and Oil leak.

Actually Dave, mine is coming from the drip tube hanging in front of the fan (why they put it there I have no idea!!! It was just run off... it seems that either I'm riding harder then ever or something has changed cause it never use to leak like that before.

Um so what's up wit the 3%ers logo? You do realize that's for them GA boys right? -lol

Nah, not scared off, just busy as all hell, what with work, school, training, life, and whatnot. Dropped the scg off for the 5k maint yesterday. Duc showed me the CRs. Man, that is nice. I need that.

No, man! The 09 models aren't out yet. He showed me this neat thing called a web site. Its on the internet. Amazing, I'd say.

Really though, I just hadn't gotten the email about the new line up, so it was new line up at the Buell site. I am thinking red CR, with black pods.

I'd like to demo it since they said that they lowered the gear ratio for better acceleration. Might make it more street fighter less super bike! (Then I'd be happy) But I think really the next Buell for me is the XT. I need a commuter bike. (with some luggage space!)



now all I have to do is figure out how to keep both of them!

I have a 1987 Kawi 454LTD for sale.

I need 1k. It needs normal service that a 13k mile bike needs after sitting for a while...Garaged. The forks have been done by Casey to spec.

Needs: New tires and belt, cable lube, and basically another 10k service.

Good beginner bike, it was for me in 93.
