Wow Mike... I felt bad when I got off at Busch Gardens and realized I could have gotten you through the city to save some time. 2 Hrs!!! wow!!! In the future... Rt60 and Rt143 parallel 64 all the way down until you get just about to the HRBT. |

Ok Lets get this started correctly... Sunday July 13th... Poe's Pub run. Route 5 up to Richmond for breakfast and bull s#itting around. I don't know what time you boy's will need to leave from the Southside, but lets try to rally at the Busch Gardens McDonalds on Rt 60 at 8am.

I can do 8:00 but you might have a hard time getting Tank out that early.
I might have to disappoint you elitest guys and ride some Old Jap Crap. It's only right cause it broke down the last time I tried to take it Richmond. |

Mike, it only broke down because we were headed deep into New Kent(redneck country). We actually weren't that far outside the Res/TT loop.
I might bring the DR to make you feel better?

Well me and the wife are in she will be on an 03 xb9s I will be on an 06 xb12ss and Duck will be on the Uly so there are three to replace them. Just let me know which McDonalds to be at. I am going to meet up with Duck and then meet up with you all at 800. |

You still thinking bout riding the DR? not that we need the GPS to get to Richmond or anything, just wondering about afterwards, should we decide to take an "Alternate" route home. |

Working on a gps mount for the DR, just haven't put it on yet.
Buell day for Sunday. Might have to eat junk food, but I have seen most roads between Rt 10 and 460. Sneatch followed my gps through there one day. I think I scared him. But he followed without hesitation like ya'll do?? |

Sorry about the holds ups today everyone. It was great getting to meet all of you finally instead of talking on this darn computer and finally put faces with names. Hopefully you all will let me and Becky come out and play again. Buck said he was done riding with us crazy ass young folks. Lets do a Pungo run soon. That is if you all will let us play again.

Tell Buck I'm 43 so not all of us were crazy ass young folk.and he is welcome also.
Next Saturday weather permitting I can lead the famous Pungo Loop (not really a loop cause it ends in Great Bridge or all that famous) but close to food.
Just pick a time we can meet at SSHD show some Buell support, after all they did let Duc take the 1125R out to play with us. I can make Saturday or Sunday but it would be nice to see one of Tank's imaginary friends(himt hint KMFW!!) and any other of the OG HRH.
+1 on Hoss's Deli good food and fun waitress.

man, all these ride and i cant make a single one  ive been itching to get teh XBR into some twisties..all this straight line riding is getting me down i have a harley for those rides..oh well hopefully i can make the one after i get back from Cpl's course.. |

I won't be able to make Saturday...or Sunday...or any other day for the next 3 weeks. I'll be back on the 10th of August, so the weekend after that I'll have to knock the dust off of the Buell. Oh, and I'll probably have the Camaro out at HRHD the Sat after I get back if anyone wants to ride up there...they have car shows at around 5pm. |

Actually i think it was an XB9SL, but what do i know.
This Saturday's ride/s I am willing to lead 2 rides this saturday a morning ride for the Penn boyz and an evening ride for the locals( don't want to start too late in the evening due to length of ride and wildlife crossing the roads looking for bedding) but 5:00ish start for the night ride should not present a problem. It gives me an opportunity to ride some of my other bikes. both rides starting at SSHD.

Mike, I'll be there. I need a break this weekend. Plus I got the "itch" to look around at SSHD Buells. HRHD had only 2 or 3 Buells in their inventory last week...WOW.
According to my latest issue from the AMA (American Motorcyclist Assoc) motorcycle and scooter sales have jumped 24% in the last 3 months.
Oh by the way if you guys dont belong to the AMA, you should. They are your voice when it comes to motorcycle rights and the government. I joined years and years ago for racing (they sanction all bike racing)... Just my 2 cents...Goody |
