I got the parts and then had to go out of town. My bro did the work as a surprise while i was gone.came home and the bike is as loud as a harley LOL. When is a good time to swing by and show ya the bike? |

Hello, all. My name is Bill, but I have been called fraggle for about 11 years. I have an '07 12scg cherry bomb, and an '05 Monster S2R that needs a little work. I mainly ride as a commuter, but want to get out and meet some other bikers, Buell riders in particular.
Does anybody get into any of the local poker runs, or anything like that. Is there any Buell representation at these things? |

It was a good day. I'm kicking myself for not taking the guy up on the 910 Brutale test drive. Maybe in 2 weeks we go back and the turn signal is fixed. That way we can take a proper test ride.

Hey guys - I went by Southside and looked at the 1125 yesterday. That bike did not look as bad as the pictures. I thought it sounded strange though. Give me a couple weeks and I will be back on the road. Tough to ride the Buell with a bum leg.
Mike, Duck said that you test rode it. How did you like it? I was tempted but I do not need another itch to scratch.

Great to hear from you, The 1125R sounds very Italian. It handles great very light steering PULLS STRONG and is comfortable. I liked it a lot and it is a very capable bike. It's runs stronger and is more comfortable than my 998.
Get your self healed up there is a lot of riding to do

Van, nice to meet ya, I rode the 1125 and it has a very "European" feel to the motor, Rotax of course. I took it out on the Interstate and with 6 gears I didn't even hit 6th but did get to 9000rpm, woooo hooooo midrange on up hold on. She's a 600 killer and I can only imagine what the 1125 will be like with it uncorked. I want one in an XB frame.

Sorry I haven't been postin up alot. The kid situation around the casa is OUT OF CONTROL!..Anywho thanks for all the congrats bros.
I'm watchin the weather and plan to get out for a couple hours Sat.
Welcome to the newbies. I'm glad to see the HRH grow. We have to get a meet put together this summer with hopefully 100% attendance.

Hey Fraggle,
It was someone else. I met a guy at the Taco Bell @ Hampton Roads Center Parkway and he told me he had a bike just like mine. At the time, I was told I had the only one in Hampton Roads, so I was a bit skeptical. But it is weird looking at the bike in your profile, Can't wait to see them side by side.
I guess this means that there are at least 3 of us. |
