How much are we looking at here? The wife and kids will probably be gone, and I wouldn't mind if it isn't gone to break me. You got the trailor?

Hey Dave....
I don't have a clue how much it's going to cost. The only real charge I can see is fuel for down and back. Since I'm only looking for a place to catch some sleep, I'm not looking to stay at the Hilton on the way back either. Motel 8 will do just fine. I guess all of this can be divided by the number of people riding down. That only leaves food... and I think thats a personal expense.
I'm working on the trailer. I will have one of my own by then if all goes well. If not I can borrow one from my dad easy. |

I like the low buck approach but how many towing vehicles and trailers are we going to need. I might have access to a three bike trailer and a crew cab tow vehicle. |

Mike... Depends. The trailer I'm working on is at least a 4 bike trailer. Especially ours! I can tow that much with either of my vehicles, but my van has more room and creature comforts. (I'd just need to get wifey to relinquish the keys for the weekend)other wise 4 grown men would be a little cramped in my Jeep! |

Hey guys - below is the web site for T.W.O. where MBV will be held. A couple of us from C3 are heading out Thursday, the rest will be heading out Friday.
If you will, post on roll-call with names and cell numbers. We're still trying to get a headcount for Stone Mountain. You can print the spreadsheet down before you leave and have numbers should you have a problem on the road.
Have you secured a cabin or plan on camping at T.W.O.?

It looks like we are going to leave after midnight on Friday and then get on the road home Saturday night so we won't actually be staying at TWO. But YEAH, we'll drive over 1000 miles to ride a few hundred miles with over 100 other Buellers!

You guys are NUTS! You'll have to plan for Buelltoberfest. Same place, no demos, no schedules, less bikes, but still lots of fun! We had about 40 BadWebbers at our first Buelltoberfest. Went so well, we've already got II on the schedule. |

Dave,
I hope to be back by 1 pm maybe 2 if we get some breakfast before getting on the road. I think it's going to be like any other ride that we take so all you should need is the stuff you normally wear. (IMO) I don't think there is any regulations for this gathering.
I might try to get me a new jacket before then, but that's just a personal thing. |

S1wmike, that was probably me (Goody) on the black (Kick Ash) XB Saturday. I live near Redline and was referred to this website from Sport Twin. I talk to Dave and Scott at Redline all the time.
I bought my XB9SX last June and have added the D&D, Powercommander ECM and K&N intake to her. Love the sound and grunt. I would love to ride with all of you local Buell riders. I live right off of 17 in Yorktown soooooooo, lets ride sometime. Goody |

Hey folks, I know Im new to the site but have ya ever thought of getting together at Hoss's Deli just off of 64? They have an awesome deal on Wednesday evenings (called Hooker night, referring to seafood).
There are always bikes out back and paaaahlenty of Harleys, customs and a few metric bikes.
I have only seen one or two Buellys in there, usually Duc or Jr. I'm going to ride down to Southside later this afternoon. Hope to hear from ya'll soon. Goody |

Kev, that sucks dude... but it may be for the greater good as I now know that my trailer will do 3 bikes surely, a 4th would have been pushing it. |
