certainly not a club to be trying for....
at least it didn't end with a flashing light ride to the closest hospital I guess.

here's some pics of the damage, not too bad considering....plus I was able to ride it back 8 miles to Dales running between 40 and 60MPH, what other bike can you do that on stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear.....

OK 3%ers! Im working up an official list for the dealership and need a committment from those who want to work MBV. Please tell me if you want to work saturday am or pm and sunday am or pm( or all weekend) and if you want to ride or register. I think we're good on registration, but it wouldnt hurt to have some back up. I also need everyones CONTACT INFO.
So far we have riding-

Saturday am- New12r, Shred, Kdan, Bobby, Fran, and both Daves.

Saturday pm- Kdan, Bobby, Fran, and Dave C.

Sunday am- U4euh, Shred, Kdan, Bobby, Fran, and Dave C.

Sunday pm- New12r, Kdan, Bobby, Fran, and both Daves.

Steve, looks like you'll be needing a new primary cover. That thing might last a little while, but it may just let you down at a bad time. Trust me I've been there. That extra threaded hole will work for a little while if you keep an eye on it, use lock tight. The hole that takes the clutch cable looks like toast from here.

Its a KX60. It really just needs a little love. Chain and sprockets($75 on ebay), leaks some oil from the output shaft(I see it as free chain lube!),could use some exhaust gaskets/reeds($25 for good ones) and a rear wheel bearing. It is really fast for what it is, I can pull 3rd gear power wheelies on it!

I just put a new tire on the back, new oil in the crankcase, fresh water wetter cleaned it up a little and have been riding it!

I just want to have a bike close to Shreds so we can have a real race on equal bikes! Plus Hayden wont be able to sport the KX60 till he is at least 7 or 8.

New12r, don't forget that the back wheel turns faster than the front wheel, causing the front to washout in that "S" turn back by your creek, thus thrusting bike and rider into the ground. I'd get that fixed too.

Viki, Kdan has to skip out on Sat Afternoon to go take pics for his kids prom so he can't to the Sat PM ride but he said he would pick up the Sunday PM registration instead.

Oh and PM works for me!

What are the time slots? Am is from what to what and PM is from what to what? Don't want some chuckelhead showing up at 5:00 saying they thought THAT was PM...

Probably would'n hurt to do a 15-30 minute over-lapping at shift change just to make sure everything is covered.
