I got a message from SMHD Friday, though, saying that Buell was just sending one copy of every possible key so we could try them all and find the right one! Now that's customer service

Holy crap... that is gonna be like what? 5 Bazillian keys??

Way to go SMHD/B!! I sure wish we had support like that here in Huntsvegas...

Cameron, whether he will say it or not, YOU and the way you take care of your customers (the Buellers at least) was why Kdan drove all the way from Marietta/Alpharetta to SMHD rather than go just down the street (from my place) to Earl Smalls.

You were a shining example of what "Customer Service" meant and time and time again we raved to everyone we knew who was considering purchasing a bike that it was worth the drive no matter where they lived, to deal with you at SMHD.

I'll repeat it yet again, Thanks for all you did.
