New12-- it sucks that our legal system will in one case prosecute you for drawing your gun for protection but not using deadly force, but in the same situation, if you had just shot the guy, you'd probably suffer no consequences.

that's why the self-defense guys tell ya the first sign the other guy should have that you have a gun is when he sees your muzzle flash. : )

after all... 3 can keep a secret if 2 are dead.

Glad your o.k Charlie, but be careful. I still haven't been cleared by the ATF to get my guns back. I'm starting to think they don't want me to be armed. Ya think???? They must have seen my 3%er patch when they came to the house. LOL!!!

Ya'll wish me luck, I'm going for the #1 plate tomorrow at Road Atlanta in the Lightweight twins Superstock class. I'm 2nd in points in the WERA Nationals LWTSS class. My lap times are a bit slower than the other top 3 racers in my class but I hope to race smart. I'd like to get that #1 plate but if I can just finish in the top five I should be able to hang onto 2nd place. Then sunday I'm racing in Formula 2 and I'm 3rd in points. LAST RACE OF THE YEAR!!! We'll see what happens...

I'm just a gimp legged weekend warrior trying to scratch off one of the "things to do list" in my life and live of piece of the dream.

Yall, I know my rights when it comes down to it, and there really would not have been much to say on his side... UM well officer this here ol motrcyle come on down the road when I tried to hit him head on, then got out out and ran at him shaking my fists in the air. Had the camera phone ready too. Now that I think about it I should have just slammed into the hood of his truck, then there would have been no question who was wrong, he was in the wrong lane!

God damn this ••••••• cough. Despite being exhausted from coughing last night, I can't sleep tonight either. Every time I start to drift off, I cough myself back awake. Remedies attempted so far:

- Sudafed
- Vicadin
- NyQuil
- Whiskey
- Cold-Eze cough drops
- Chocolate chip cookies

So far all I have to show for my efforts is a healthy buzz and a chocolaty aftertaste.
