Rally Update: Friday evening BBQ before flattrack races will consist of Brats, Kraut, and sides. Ooops almost forgot  other beverages will also be available. I'm shooting for sometime between 5 and 6 as I believe everyone should be here by that time. Hope thats OK with everyone! Keith p.s. got the tickets for the races taken care of. I spoke to Frank the other night and I think they are planning on getting out of KC early Friday morning. he mentioned 7 or 8. It honestly only takes around 3 1/2 hours at the pace you guys usually run. So if you guys left around 8:30 you would be in here about noon. If thats the case we can get a little lunch somewhere give you guys a chance to settle in and get off the bikes. Afterwards we some of us can take a short little jaunt down 79 and those who don;t want to can check out the stuff at the rally. then we can throw on some Brats before the races. Keith | ||

Richie, hope you see this in time. take 36 all the way to Hannibal. Cross the river on 36 then look for Quincy exit (about 7 milesto exit ramp). that will place you on 172. take 172 for about 1.5 miles then take the Marblehead exit-IL57. take 57 into Quincy. Goto second stop light. (first one is at a factory) second stoplight is Jefferson st. take right, go 2 blocks to 5th st. and take right onto 5th st. go about two more blocks. my house is the only one one the right side of the road. If you are leaving at 8:30 you should be arriving sometime between noon and 1. need anything call my cell phone. See you guys soon! Keith | ||

Looks like the rain should be clearing here about noon. you guys leaving at noon should have a dry ride in. Those leaving at 8:30 should be right behind all the rain. Does anyone know if Richie and Keef left at 8:30? Keith p.s. looks like HSTA out of STL is going to be in Louisiana for lunch on Saturday. I am trying to catch up with Bob to see if maybe we can hook up with all of them for lunch down there since that is where we were headed anyway. | ||

On June 29th we will be having the 3rd annual Multi BRAG group ride to Prairie DuChein WI. Meet up with us at the Pizza Hut on the South end of town between 11and 12 NOON. Hey guys, Heather and I had a great time this weekend!!!  You guys are more than welcome to come back anytime!!! Richie & Keith, sorry we missed seing you off this morning. We must have just missed you guys. It was great having you guys here. Ben, Glad you got a chance to come down and ride with this motley bunch! I'll get ahold of you next time a ride or event is planned. Hope you enjoyed everything! THANK YOU for coming down and doing all the riding and road research. Even though we didn;t get to run the whole route (due to the night befores festivities and fear of getting caught in the rain again) I think everyone really enjoyed it! Jason, gets the award for the best wingman! Who else would give up thier bed for a buddy in need!!  Mike, great meeting you. hope you had as much fun as Heather and I did having you here! I think you get the award for the least amount of sleep over the weekend. That was tough task to accomplish since you were competing against me and the measly 6 1/2 hours I got! You finished the weekend off like a champ! Frank, your the man! Or as Heather so eloquently stated it, "the dancing queen!" I think it was just a little induced myself! Sam, We agreed and you get the award for molesting the local wildlife!  Dude!!! 6 freakin times!!! I must say I am quiet jealous!!!! FOR THE REST THAT WERE UNABLE TO ATTEND. here were a few of the highlights of the weekend. Richie, Keith, Ben and I caught some lunch a got in a nice afternoon ride down and back up MO79 while waiting for everyone else to arrive. 1 mechanical problem. Richies battery went dead on him. It wouldn't be an Offical/unofficial Buell event without one mechanical problem. thank god it was something as simple as that! Flattrack races were cancelled due to excessive rain.  I get the award for the bonehead decision of the weekend for our rain soaked Friday evening episode!   We went and partook in the local nightlife. Many of us figured it was time to get some sleep when we heard the birds start chirping and saw the sunrise.  Woke, grabed some breakfast, caffene, aspirin and fueled up. Rode for approximately 10 am to approx 5 p.m. at a leisurely pace.  Ate at the lighthouse inn. You could see the night before on everyones face. Met Bob & John. visited, rode with them a bit and headed back to Quincy. grabbed some pizza and relaxed. Went to the street party. "At least 3,000 people attended the street party Saturday night." (Quincy Herald Whig) Met another Quincy Bueller. Add him to the Badweb group soon. Went to night club and watched a great band  then some DJ Music! This is when FRANK become "the dancing queen" Watched Sam and Jason try to work on thier weekend pickup line! "What do you think about having sex in the rain in a cemetery?" heard the birds chirping and the sunrise. Roled out of bed and got some Breakfast/Lunch. visited and discussed the aftermath prior to everyones departure. No tickets or crashes as of departure time. Good hooligan fun seemed to be had by all and it the local law enforcement was Quite compliant with rally attendies. "The Quincy Police Department reported no major problems Friday or Saturday. There was a report of a local biker causing some trouble by squealing his tires at a Quincy bar early Saturday morning, but there were no arrests made" (Quincy Herlad Whig) And trust me! Sam really really pushed it one time! Pictures will be posted soon! I know you guys have a ton also! Off to catch up on some of that missed sleep!  Keith | ||

We had a fookin blast  We hit sprinkles on the way home, and only had 1 casualty which consisted of Sam's $100 sunglasses becoming part of I-35 heehee You're the MAN, Keith We decided that we will defenitely show up a few times before april Still no hangover effects...thank you, lowlife for making me sweat out my hangover (on the dance floor, you perverts :P) | ||

To All KCMOB and local lurkers. We will be meeting Wed.11th at W.J.McBrides at 12030 Blue Valley Parkway( About 3 blks. west of 119th and Metcalf. Across from the Target shopping center parking lot (north). Please post if you are going to make it. We need as many as can to show up. We will be talking Brag Chapter related things. You can look up WWW.wjmcbrides.com to check them out. They are not charging us for the meeting room. Because we are forming they would like the opportunity to let us meet and try them out. The HOMEE bike club meets here monthly. Ducati club, and assorted bikes. Lets be there between 6:30 to 7:00. If you get there early thats great. They have a room set apart for us. Our only mechanical mishap of the weekend.  taking a little break off route F.  visiting with Bob (racerboy) and John (V2WIN) on an overlook on MO 79.   relaxing and discussing the ride we just made. Keith, First off let me say that I had a great time! I had no problems getting home and I am glad to hear that the K.C. bunch made it home ok.
