long time no chat guys...Its been a busy winter for me and unfortunately my beast has been collecting dust. I almost considered getting rid of it and just getting by with the cage... but then I went for a ride....LOL

Its still a finicky beast though, and I'm a bit tired of trouble shooting and wondering wtf is wrong now. So, I figured its time to upgrade. For some reason, as much as I was drooling over a bmw, I can't seem to get the Buelligan out of my blood, so I'm thinking of trading my x1 in on a Uly. Anybody know of any of the local dealerships that have an 07 in stock? I checked Stone Mountain, and didn't see anything on their webpage. I suppose I could call... but....

I don't have a Uly currently in stock. We just sold the last one we had about a week ago. We have 3 more on order, so when they arrive I will let ya'll know. If you still need parts you can still get with Deadman or Bunny for your Buell needs. Thanks for all your support so far guys and gals!

well....drove all the way from blue ridge to loganville to hapeville to plug the new map into my bike. only one problem. no map in my email mailbox.

damn. back to hiawassee i go in the cage. did i mention i'm havin' a crappy day? looks like no movie starrin' (and even worse, no RIDING AT ALL) for me till monday. : (
at least i got to put new black grips (no more blue!!) and my HVMP bar ends on. i'll try 'em out next week.

i think god is tellin' me to spend time with my mom.

i saw an awful collision on 129 in cleveland today comin back from helen. a guy on what looked to be a honda nailed the side of an echo, that car looked like it damn near folded in half from the impact. a cop said they life flighted the rider to grady and said that he's goin to pull through. i bet that guy had a nice morning of riding too, just to end up slamming in the side of a car. thoughts and prayers go out to that unknown asphalt soldier.

other than that it was a perfect day up until about 1-2 pm the bottom fell out of the sky. scrubbed toe on some corners, and i wasnt hangin my feet off the pegs, i was in good form, ball of my foot on the peg and erry thing hehe, startled me the first time, then i was like man, i gotta do that again! i think i may be able to put a knee down with alittle more bravery.

how am i goin to tote a shotgun and ride down 20 without getting pulled over?

The people putting this together have not been very forthcoming with info.
But they do have a prop person.
I would not worry about bringing your own weapons.
They have not given any direction as to what they would like for us to wear either.
So dress like you are going on a zombie hunt.

I am frustrated with the lack of communication of the movie crew.
And I am not getting near the response from the group I thought we would have.
I THINK IT WOULD BE REALLY COOL TO DO THIS. But with a baby on the way I am having doubts about sacrificing mom's day given the above.
I am sending Mom to the spa in the afternoon and I may see if Shannon wants to come out for the shoot to make getting away more reasonable.

I know it is a holiday and short notice but that has never stopped us before.
