I had issues with the full open airbox as well. I'm am running the stock 12 box and it works great.

I threw in the towel and didn't go to Tally this weekend. Needed to work and make sure I finished a job on schedule. G.C's hold me to my contract deadlines but I don't get to do the same.

Its cold and windy anyway. The last few weeks have been a blur....

All this talk about mods and tuning makes me want to do some work on mine.



Nicholas is now saying and pointing to his mouth,ears,noise,and eyes. Its so fun watching him learn and grow. He's also learned how to pull himself up on his tricycle and the Z50R. I'll post pics later and maybe short video, he's making engine noises while on the 50...

holy crap, you know what the worst thing in the world is? having a filling fall out in the middle of dinner. uuuggh! tooth pain will bring down the biggest of men

There are some cool roads up to and around Cloudland Canyon (just southwest of Chattanooga} as well plus a few other things to do as well as ride. Don't know if that would be closer for the C3ers or not.

Jolf...drug stores sell a temporary filling fix. Will fill in what's missing til you can get into the dentist. You can find it on the toothbrush aisle next to the ambesol and stuff. Worked for me in the past.

Kdan - I think Suches became the pick this October for several reasons. People know the roads and love them, the food at T.W.O. goes without saying and while October seems far off, people booking leaf turning weekends fill up quickly.

I'd say if we're going to make Buelltoberfest an annual adventure, lets start this year looking at other places so we have time to research roads, cabins, etc.

As for staying in one place, the other option we have is the High Valley Resort. They have several cabins that sleep 6-8. The only downside is that none of the cabins seem to have a large living room in any of the cabins. We could of course hang out at Frank's Place (I think that's the name I saw) or outside on the porches.

The cost is about the same. We would need to go ahead and start collecting money so we could reserve the number of cabins we need. With Jean, I'll send her money in September. Since we've rented from her before, she doesn't require a deposit and I just send her a check.

I'm still working on a cabin close by C3 Central. I'll let you know what I find out early next week.

High valley resort was an excellent place for us while there. Living room was small but we all fit comfortably in it.(even when the HV crew came over for some Video watching.

The price is definately right also. It cost us 60.00 each for our stay, our cabin had 7 people in it. The owners were super friendly and loved us.

Said we were a bunch of quiet guys...

C3 Central ran us each $60 as well and then I collected $6 per person for munchies, breakfast, drinks and beer. It's still a very cheap weekend.

I'm up for High Valley is that is the majority vote. I would like for us all to be close so we can have a beer or floating eyeballs and everyone can stumble (by foot) back to their cabin.

I really don't have a preference as where we stay really. One point for High Valley, is the chances are really good that we would have next door cabins.
One point for C3 Central is you already have a relationship with the owner.
It's a toss up the way I see it.
I'm really just looking forward to being able to finally ride with everyone I've met, and haven't had the chance to really get to know.

i to second the high valley it was a great place clean and roomie there are 5 to 8 beds ia cabin plus couch and floor space and two bathrooms......but i also will stay anywhere

Happy Monday Everybody! I for one am not so marvelously happy to be back at work! But it's only for two days, so I'll tough it out.
I finally sold the house I was paying for but didn't live in on Thursday! I am moving to a condo with a garage in two weeks in Alpharetta and life is very good! We will be having a party on the Northside in the not so distant future!! Gotta break these new neighbors in right!
