Beginning in mid November I will finally be off weekends, with some three day weekends available also. I am going to try for a weekend ride once a month in Southern AZ.
I will keep in touch here, looking forward to meeting some local Buellers and others. |

I just finished a great book, 60 miles of border, about a customs inspectors career on the border in Nogales. The guy is retired now and has a cigar store in Tubac. Going to ride down there for lunch on Thursday and try to meet him. Anyone able to go along is welcome.

BTW, I found a new shop in Tucson, Supernova cycles, the tech is a buell rider. Rates $75/hr. They will mount your tires for 45 each. They even have a pool table and tv area so you can wait while they work and they don't mind if you hang out in the garage area and watch the work being done. Goes a long way toward trusting someone when you can see his workspace and watch how he takes care of your baby.

I'm new around these parts, just moved in from Delaware, anyone up for showing me some roads tomorrow? I know it's late notice but I was thinking about loading the Go Pro up and hitting the Sky Island Byway tomorrow and seeing if I could get to the top of MT. Lemmon, anybody wanna go with? |

I have been in Tucson for decades and know of a few roads, I am off weekends but on call every other, let me know and hopefully we can ride some locally. Also, in May we have Springfast up in Alpine, a buell ride with others, three day weekend and alot of fun. I see on your profile that you are a med tech, where do you work currently? Sorry for getting back to you so late! Work and training has been pretty busy! I work at the clinic on base, I just PCS'd here in October. I'm headed out of town on leave this weekend, but I'll be back for New Years, can I shoot you a text then? |

Hey does anyone have some extra parts laying around I could snag up? Just picked up an Alto Carbonite plate kit for my bike and now I'm in a little over my head. I'm looking for a new gasket for my primary, a clutch retaining ring, and a clutch compression tool (just to borrow).
This is my first time pulling my primary, still trying to figure things out! Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

I was out riding my bicycle to lunch yesterday and a coworker and I both spotted a greyish XB12R stopped at the intersection of Stone & 18th, heading north! Rider was not wearing a helmet, but had it strapped to the side. Just wondering if it was one of us! |

Had an awesome superbowl sunday! Mt. Lemmon ride with CJ on our buells, cold and snow on the road the last mile, thanks for lunch CJ. Steaks on the grill at halftime.
Cigar and beer afterwords. Great game by the Seahawks, dominated every area of the game and exploited every mistake! |

I took a road trip on the RS to Iron Horse, the Tucson EBR dealer. You all should stop and meet them. They are excited to get the bikes and plan a track day demo when they get their house RX. Great folks. Looking to find parts for Buells too to pick up service of the pre-EBR stuff. |

I'd be interested in rolling out towards Bisbee, Tombstone, or Patagonia for lunch... a small group of friends and I used to ride out there occasionally and it's always good times. A little more accessible for riders looking to stay a bit closer to Tucson. There's also the Aravaca loop. |

ATTENTION TUCSON BUELLERS!
I'm going to try one more time, lets get a Tucson group together, rides and meet ups, maybe even a bbq this summer. A monthly meet somewhere in the Tucson area to discuss things buell and schedule rides and such.

Any news from Tucson Buellers? I finally got my XB12Ss back on the road after wrecking a couple of years ago and also picked up an '09 1125CR. I'd be interested in riding with anyone out doing loops or wanting to organize a meet. |
