Short notice, but if anyone is interested in a ride tomorrow, Karri and I are going. Too much working and 5hitty weather have taken their toll. Now with the weather coming around, it's time to ride. We did have an awesome riding weekend, rode up Hwy 42 to Door County, up to Washington Island, across the ferry, and then again the ferry to Rock Island !! Great little road right before you hit the ferry to Washington Island, that was fun !! Two days of Great weather and nice roads EXCEPT for the 4 hour ride from Green Bay back home Sun night in the rain and dark !! Good thing there was three of us, seeing as I rode my bike into the sand thinking it would make a cool pic with a lighthouse behind it, NOT !! Got stuck, but the three of us managed to get it out of there !! Luckily the other two girls weren't so stupid and didn't ride their bikes into the sand. CJ | ||

We'd love to, but my S3 is down waiting for packing material from American Sport Bike. And trying to find a baffle that was sheered in half inside the race can. I guess that's what happens when you don't repack a race can for like 15K miles Besides, Packer game in less than an hour! | ||

Any of you folks Crud Running? I think it's this coming Sunday. Just curious about rough timeframes in case I can make it out there, will probably just solo run from Port to Pine Bluff if I do head out there then meander back home from Leyland in some generally meandering eastward direction. Anybody up to come by this week, or weekend for some minor wrenching ? Got carb ? Would like to do some carb work, among other minor stuff, the garage has enough space to fit a few for whatever anyone has to do ... either this week, or this weekend .. Let me know if anyone is up for a day of getting dirty, or just hanging out and maybe a brief period of riding as well. That will work, Steve and Toni as of right now will be here, and I have already told him we'd need his stands to work on your bike. No problem. I will call you tomorrow to let you know if it's a for sure thing, but for now go ahead and plan on Saturday. |
