It was fun last night seeing all the cool bikes even if we didn't get to eat.

Sorry about scaring you guys. I'm obviously still very novice. Buellish, don't ever worry about offending me when you are trying to help me be a better and saver rider. As long as you aren't doing in in a crowd and yelling at me, I will do my best to listen all day. May end up doing it again until everything clicks in and is second nature but I will do my best to listen and LEARN.

Hope everyone was safe getting home last night. Seems my angels are still riding with my, huh.

Good seeing everyone last night. For those of you who weren't there...well...your just retarded....

Meeting Notes:

BUELLOWEEN is going to be Saturday Nov. 4th at the Buell Barn. Costume attire recommended.

FALL 3%ER GROUP RIDE: Long mountain loop. Buellish has accepted to task of leading us numbskulls around for a full day ride in the Na. Ga. hills. Sweet! We will be traveling roads that will be new and exciting for all.

Nov. 19th sound good ??????????????????

On the ride down to the "V" I blew another ECM fuse. Pulled over in a lick her store parking lot and replaced the fuse. Looked closer and the neg battery cable connector had rubbed through the ecm wire bundle causing the short. Some nice guys in a work van gave me some electrical tape and we were good to go......hummm...If I only had my rescue tape with me.

Side note:

I don't know about ya'll but I think I'm pretty much done with the "V". I put our name down with psycho biotch at the door at 7:30 for 5(B_S, Bambi, Kdan, Sanchez and Kimber). At 9:15 we left without eating. It's just not the same as it use to be.

Bunny...we should of came to the other place where your guys were.

B_S-

Let's plan to go there next week. There weren't a ton of people, but they are working on that to get more bikes heading up there on Thursday night. Some of the squids that were there were out doing burnouts before the cops showed up last night.

Silverbullet-

Thanks for hanging out with us last night at bike night. Lots o' fun!!!

There is always Fellinis(sp?) on peachtree. Thats where the stunnas hang out and do assorted acts of stupidity in the street, so you get dinner and a show!

Smoke, you're gonna look so cute on the back of Missbehavin's bike.

Then maybe I won't be called "backpack" anymore!! I can always lose the rear pegs and see if he can get his legs around me...backpack style ;)

Smokescreen...we now have a functioning keyboard and there is a Company of Heroes waiting for you. (I know, I'm just too good) Love you!

Sorry... I was one of the "retarded" ones (per BS... LOL) that didn't make it last nite...

We rode about 350-400 (s)miles... got snared by the Dragon and the Skyway... Stuck in some serious construction traffic on 129 at Murphy... And wound up back in Ga way too late... We just couldn't seem to escape the lure of the mountains!!!! I did call Cameron to let him know we woulnd't be making it down.

It was a good thing we hit the dragon on thurs, as rain arrived in the early AM today... So we packed early and paid a visit to SMHD... Said Hey to Clown and Dead Man and split for Florida...

Can't wait to get up there for March Badness!!!

Yeah, what Miss_B said!

Looks like there may even be a pro stunt team to show up.

It'll be the same as last year as far as dyno-drags and the like, but Cameron wants to see a strong Buell showing.
So all y'all that only show at special events, this is one to be sure.
So mark your calenders now for November 11th for SMH-D&BUELL's 8th anniversary, and help come up with ideas for this one to be the biggest and best one yet.
You'll be more than retarded if you let this one slip away.

There will be the bike contest/show as well.
Let the trash talk begin!

Forgive the photo quality. It was taken with my cell phone. But there she is. My New bike! 2000 Suzuki SV650.

MAN, what a different ride. Talk about some giddie-up and a hair trigger. I'm keeping the Blast for a few days and Frew is taking her until I can get a little practice time in. It is also at least a 15 degree more forward riding position which puts more pressure on your arms and wrists and changes the stirring dramatically from the Blast. That is something that is going to take some getting use to. I am so glad Frew talked me into the naked 650 instead of the s to start with. Though I do believe even with just the few laps in the parking lot with the more straight up position of this bike, the lower position would make you more nimble. I thought I could control the Blast with my hips, this one is even easier.

Yep, I think I'm gonna like it once I get the hang of it but I am going to have to get some practice in before I take her out on the street. She could so easily get away from me.

Chucky...Get a SV650 - Cheaper'n fixing yours. Sorry to hear it man.

So Bambi's new scoot is the sh!t. And in fairly decent shape for a 2000. Only 8600 miles. It goes okay, but it seems to hit a rev limiter at 124. I'll have to work on that. It's been a couple years, but those high revving chain driven bikes are sure weird to ride.

Oh, and another thing, you won't believe this but it's got those damn Dunlop 208's on it. So we're starting the "Bambi needs real tires" fund.

Thanks B_S but Kdan and I are already talking about changing it. I'm more of a Black or a Red Dudette. I think we have decided on Red and then maybe luck up and find a Pin stripper at a show somewhere that will put me a Black Widow Hourglass on the tank and some web lines on the fairing.

Oh yeah, and some QUEER red lights underneath. That's one way to keep Kdan off it!

You got the black one, didn't you? Now you just need the Hero Blue translucent air box cover, and it'll be pimp.

Cograts Bambi on the SV, thats one of the best twin engine bikes ever made and so much can be done to make it better. Parts are unlimited and easy to find. Hope to see you in the hills soon.

N12R, Come on now...2500 is a bit high. You don't need a 1250 kit to ride.

Replace all the motor mounts and and broken gear/case cover, and front fairing bracket with a few odds and ends.

I bet it done for about a grand. I know that still hurts, but but you'd be ridin'

I never heard from Manie motors in Cali' about the Buell parts. I'll call him again and see what parts he has.
