I'm looking for other people interested in National BRAG event Gingerman Raceway Riding School on Sunday, 11 May 2003. See FUELL vol 3.1 for details.

The good things are:
1. Sunday activity, no vacation day needed (for some!)

3. Light Sunday traffic, no weekday traffic jam to contend with
4. Relatively affordable at $175

6. BRAG track days usually require absolute minimum bike prep (tape breakables, that's it!)
7. Exclusive all-Buell track days are generally great and suit anyone from track newbie to experienced.

Anyone up in the frozen north know anything regarding the date for this Spring's Slimy Crud Run?...We're mulling over the possibility of coming up...I think Leslie and Lee are planning on riding down from Milwaukee...By the way, still no one hired to replace Leslie with BRAG so if anyone's looking for a neat job...

May 4th is the Spring Slimey Crud. The Fall run is October 5th. For future reference, they're always the first Sunday in May & October.

I'll have to miss the spring run because of work. However, there should be a good crowd from Brew City & Uke's attending (if their not too afraid of the weather).

We had some nasty weather this fall (rain & wind). That's the day Dyna & Mrs. Dyna had a meeting with Mr. Pavement (ouch!). I almost got blown off the interstate on my way back south. A gust of wind blew my from the right side of the right lane all the way to the rumble strips (all within a matter of a second!).

Ahh the fall crud run, I remember it well. Still hurts to think of it. cement is real damn hard & hurts when you slam into it at 50 mph. Thats the lesson for the day folks.

Roger, I posted on the Borg about the bike show. Who all is planning on attending & on what day? Lets try & make it a big ass group event. Could be a major fun time.

HELP!

If any of you have an older 4 wheeler for sale, or know of someone, please call me at 312-543-6818 or email me at bjanakos@planning.org. I'm looking for cheap transportation. Decent Shape, dependable, relativley clean, high miles O.K. I just need something to get me by for a year or so.

I'm still paying for the bike and I don't want to sell it to make car payments.
