Thanks Court and the same to you...Well at least our state is not restocking elk as are Arkansas and North Carolina...What ARE they thinking with all the carnage caused by our huge deer herds...We can be thankful for large favors...John and I live in rural areas south and west of St Louis and encounter deer constantly...We tell our families to HIT THE DEER...Don't swerve and make it a whole lot worse...But that's not your first instinctive reaction when one is in your sights...Have a Merry Christmas and wonderful New Year... Court...John is in Franklin just to the west of me in Jefferson and Washington borders both to the south...We ride through Washington county quite frequently to get down into the Mark Twain National Forest areas where the really good roads are... Another of our favorite rides is west on MO 94 and then D and O to Fulton MO...That takes us right past the big nuke in Callaway county...I've often thought about riding over to see it up close but since 9/11 I've thought it advisable not to do so...We never read or hear in the press about the security surrounding the nukes but I expect it is fairly significant (understated?) and probably a bunch of motorcycles would not be welcome... Hope you have a Merry Christmas and ours just turned much whiter...We're expecting four to eight inches and it's coming down in buckets... Kevyn...I love deer hunters...Merry to you too... See Ya! Well, as you can see by Richie's post I had put a post on the KCMOB thread offering to meet them in California on Sunday...So it's officially on...We're to meet up with them in California at 1230 Sunday...California is just west of Jeff City on 50...We should probably leave the Eureka QT no later than 1030...Who's riding?...
