I need everyone who would like to take ED Bargy's school in April or May to post if they'd like to this. The cost depends on how many people go.

His class is 350 per person. Includes track day, T-shirt, his book on track riding and pin and paper for notes and lunch. At the end of the class you can take the test for Non-racing track qualified certificate or Full racing qualified.


At the first meeting of the new year this would be nice to talk and schedule a 3%er's track day for spring.

For a cheaper track day we all could do Jennings that has no Tech requirement and is only 145 per person or 125 if you book a week in advance. At Jennings GP their would be other riders. At Talladega it could be just us if we have about 15 to 18 riders. Tech inspection is a must. Wiring of oil filter, oil drain plug and oil filer cap, primary plug, and no kick stand. Taping up headlights and taillights. Ed has a few stands he could bring.

next question would be.....
does any one have any strong feelings about full racing suits...
(other than "good thing to wear")
Off the rack alpinestars are affordable and do fit rather well for me.....
But with some extra hours at the 'office'....
a custom Vanson isn't all that far away.
Any one with actual 'field trial' experience.

I ride with a one piece alpinestars suit, has been fine for me. A custom fitted vanson would be nice though.

I use Joe Rocket two piece suits. Low side once a year still no scars. High sided one time broke left shoulder but no scars. Most of these were with my textile suit. They are tough.

DIGITAL, I WRECKED RIGHT BEFORE HALLOWEEN IN THE MTS. I HAVE AN ALPINESTAR 2 PIECE SUIT. THE ONLY INJURY I SUFFERED WAS A BROKEN WRIST. NOT A SCRATCH ON ME.I WRECKED SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 60-70MPH. THE SUIT HELD UP VERY WELL, AND THERE ARE ONLY 2 SMALL SCUFFS ON IT. I WILL NOT DO ANY HARD RIDING WITHOUT IT.

THE BLACK BIKE IS IN PIECES RIGHT NOW. I WENT AHEAD AND TORE IT DOWN. THE NEXT STEP IS TO GO BACK TO WORK WHEN THE DOCK LETS ME, SO I CAN START MAKING SOME MONEY TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. I GOT MY CAST OFF ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AND NOW IM GOING TO PHYSICAL THERAPY. MY WRIST IS AS STIFF AS MY WEINER WHEN I SEE STEALTHS MOM ;) I RODE THE BLUE BIKE A LITTLE YESTERDAY AND THE DAY BEFORE, BUT I COULD ONLY STAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD SINCE I DONT HAVE A TAG. THERE IS A GOOD ROAD IN THE BACK OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT IS FRESHLY PAVED WITH NO CONSTRUCTION STARTED YET TO PRACTICE WHEELIES. WHEN ARE YOU AT THE SHOP?
