On a more somber note:
Please keep my cousin in your thoughts. Last night his Humvee was hit with a rocket in Bagdad on a road side bomb sweep. He will be ok. He suffered a broken nose, some shrapnal and burns on his face. He was the least injured of his group. Not sure when he will be released. They are trying to do a hellof a job overthere and I thank them for it. He flew home just to be at my sisters wedding and I told him then to please be safe and come home in one piece.

For anyone interested in some interesting freak watching, the Little Five Points Halloween Parade is tomorrow at 5:00. We have a group of are 23 LARGE creatures! On the playbill are: 2 Sea Demons, a petrifying Princess, 2 Tikki Gods, a Space Wraith, Red Bird, Kennymonster, 3 Dragons, Eaten-by-a-Snake, Catrina, Lisa-demon,Heather-demon, Cannibal Chef, Head-on-a-Platter, a toothy Horned robot, a One-Eyed Giant, a Giant clown, Yankee-Scott-monster, Pumpkin-Head Specter, and a Blue Meanie. This is always a hell of a sight. My costume is a 15 FOOT CLOWN!!!!

I only have the right guard complete. The left one will have to wait until Monday. Those little Biotches are a little harder than I thought they would be. Weird shape. My layup came out a little flimsey but I think that once they are mounted it will be fine. Now...if only I can make it over to SMHD/Buell and get my freekin' bike.

There is a festival all day. The parade lineup is at 4 and the parade rolls at 5. Hope to see some of you down there. After the parade, it will be just a street party full of freaks. I live for this kind of stuff!!!!

B_S- first and foremost, I hope your cousin is doing well (he's alive so that's a great start). I have to use two hands now to count all of the friends I have lost in my 21 years in the Army. It is a pathetic reality that we have to resort to killing one another to accomplish what we feel is right. I wish him a speedy recovery and hope he can come home soon.

Secondly- those handguards kick •••!! Bunny has ordered mine so I should have them in hand soon (pun intended). I will be calling you for some mod tips. (boy a set of those CF ones sure would look sweet on my bike.......wonder where I could get some.......sure would be willing to pay for something like that)

Clown- sounds like a hoot, wish I could come.

Glitch- I second Dark's entry. Let me think somemore and I'll come up with another nominee. Define Heavy Metal in your mind for me.......and none of that "Enya" crap like S_B likes (Comon' Boy, I just wanna get "Enya", like his BF says) BF can stand for whatever you want......

B_S, I'm glad they found the problem, it sucks when our fine tune machines aren't running so fine. I put about a hundred miles or so today on my fine tuned machine. I went up to Jefferson and hit 60 north from 124. Next weekend I'll be maken'a mountain run. Glitch, Don't forget the Zooms if you go by T.W.O, I sure could use one right now. The baby is up and showing me who's the boss.
