For those of you who can't do Bonneville or thrills in the hills, try this on for size: Houston hot sauce fest! Sept. 21-22 at the Great S.W. Equestrian center (281) 558-3518. No idea where that is. Salsa, sauces, chip and dips all day. And probably some good stuff to wash it all down. Better take a taxi home. They should postpone that one for a week later IMO. | ||

Some more things going on: market square in Fredericksburg: Oct 4-6: Octoberfest Oct 26: Food and wine fest I'm considering both and will look into camping most likely as the weather is getting nicer. In Blake's neck o' the woods, there's a fire ant fest and yamboree! Woohoo!!! | ||
