Hi all, couple of quick notes.
First don't forget the Chapter meeting tomrrow night. Weather will be great so lets have a big turnout, there's going to be lot of stuff to discuss about the future.
Second I need a couple volunteers to man the Brag booth/demo ride table for the open house on Friday. Let me know if you can help. Thanks, Sam

Just a reminder for you city folk or visitors. Parking ticket amnesty is taking place now. Very easy to pay online at cityofchicago.org and follow the links. Several ways to search to find what you owe.

Battle trax at COD(college of Dupage) as per our meeting, one lot(one of our smaller lots) cost is 250-300 bucks a day, grounds clean up fee will be waived(you will help pick up garbage after the event) and a 1 mill insurance policiy, thats all, they have no other problems and all we need know is a date in advance, so lets figure it out so Windy city can put on an event and i dont have to drive to Wi every weekend
later
Roger

P.S. Hi Dyna, been busy as of late, sorry i dint tell you, wee need to hook up before the end of summer

if i assume correctly and IL hd would be the sponsor, they could get it as i rider from there insurance company i think its special events coverage, thats a guess, but i think its close to the mark, since the amount of events that do take place here i dont really think its going to be a problem, there may however be issues with selling drinks and the like i will have to check in further on monday, we have a contract with an out side vendor so there may be issues with that or what we can sell or not(coke VS Pepsi) will have to make another call but i looks simple enuff, lets see who else whats to hop on the band wagon

I think I'll be able to drag most of the crew from Uke's down . . . . .

would IL H-D be interested in running an event so far from their Parts and Accs? Sam? you could pack up one of the trucks and make your month on shifter parts alone!
