S_B, Fran_Dog, Gltich and Shred.....Wow, I'm beat. Took a 3hr nap when I got home. I should ride with 3.5 hrs of sleep and a Jack-N-Coke hangover more often. I will pat myself on the back 'cause I was in the grove.

Shred....AKA."The Equalizer" let K1200 boy know who he is messen' with. When I saw you drop the hammer I knew he was toast. Then Glitch said "Who's your daddy, Biotch" and passed him in the turn. As for myself, I was gonna ask Toad Warrior how it felt to get molested by my XB9, but they were cool though and knew they were out matched.

That CF $8K bicycle was sick.......I didn't pay that for my pony!

Fran_Dog....wish you could of been a part of the carnage.

S_B.....Glad you got out and played with us today. You need make it a habit. Always fun hearing that tuber rip. It has a very distinct note.

Buellish....always a pleasure.

DISCLAIMER: As for Hwy 985 I don't condone that kind of behavior and don't EVER do it but I mush of got a CF hair up my a$$ or something and..........HOLY SHIOT!!!!!! I don't know about you, Glitch, but that is the fastest I have ever gone on two wheels. I didn't know my underpowered querky handling little XB9 had that in her. I saw you hammer it and I tucked it up and hit 133mph indicated to saty with you and she still had some guts left.......WOW!!!!!!} Shred, sorry about leaving your XB12R for Road Kill

Glitch....did you say you were runner the Race ECM now?

It made me smile seeing all the Buells leave TWO together.Everyone takes notice when all those "HD"
powerplants crank up.And then they realise that amazing sound is coming not from chrome laden,
leather tasseled,"Ride to Live,Live to Ride" posers.
But serious apex shredding,stoppie,wheelie,radical
lean angle, hooligan poster child riders, clad in "REAL" riding gear. Not Martha Stewart meets the Hells Angels version of what a "Biker" is supposed
to look like.
In a word that sound, much like the rumble of thunder that we have grown so used to lately
is BUELL!Damn,it makes me proud!

Where in the hell did that come from?Oh well,I need to get out more.

Good ride with you guys today, and see you Buellish. I wish I had pulled myself out of bed earlier, so I could have been in time for the ride up 60 and back.

B_S: I saw the sign at the bank after you pointed it out. At what temp will that plastic start to melt? I know a few times on the way home I was dripping pretty good. I also saw you fan your ars just before the most gosh awful smell engulfed me. What did you have for lunch? I got a good laugh out of that one. Nothing like the smell of a chicken farm.

Buellish: Well said...

Sorry I missed the ride, I was at the Stone Mountain HD/Buell company picnic. Clown and Joy are such great hosts, nice place they got too. I had some of the best ribs of my life, homemade cheesesteak and everyone else brought dishes of their own that were fantastic. Great time!!! (specially all the wrasltin'!!)

Shred, Wish I could have handed some guy his own arse with ya!!! Nice knee sliders by the way, I might go for a run up the hill here in about an hour or so.

Bullet, You went riding??? Damn and I missed it!

Sunshine, I might have had a hard time outrunning you from what I hear.

Thanks for the trip is was an eye opener to say the least. I deffinatly need to get out more. I shame all that is corner sherding, where was my head man I could'nt find the grove to save my arse? Then on the trip back my agrivation cought up with me and I did a dirty pass to the right then I saw the hammer fall and could'nt rsist. I deffinatly do'nt recomend that either but...well...you know....

Fran_dog: Cop or not he was riding bumpers when we first saw him and was being a great big prick to us when he jumped in our buisness, he went past us when we were deciding which road to take and slowed to less than 25 when we got behind him and rode my arse when we passed him. All I did was let him know what I thought of his opinnion of our rideing habits and he must not of appriciated it.

S_B....don't sweat it. I feel like I'm just now getting fast (not New12R, Shred and Glitch fast) and I cannot even think how many times I have run up and down Hwy60. Practice makes perfect. I still have a habit of keeping a Kung Foo Death Grip on my bars and have to keep telling myself to relax.

Where are the Timax when you need 'em..right?

S_B, I just got a computer monitor. If you still need one, I gots it. Let me know.
B_S, you are plenty fast, don't worry about fast though. If you practice being as smooth as possible, and using the brake as little as possible, you'll be even faster. Only you won't notice how fast, until you get buzzed by some Beemer guy, then you'll just relax, let him get as far ahead as he can while he's in the straights, then you can rip it up and show 'em who owns the corners...they can have the straights.

My Gixxer pals white knuckle it when they see the M2 with saddle bags in their mirrors coming into the curves. Nothing worse for a gixxer than being passed by a bagger.

$2300 to replace the A/C in my frickin' Honda. It was only $800 when I bought the car! But thanks to New12R, I opted to wait and discuss it with Honda America and they called back and miraculously came up with parts. $650 for labour though...Still kinda sucks on a 2 1/2 year old car.

Kdan, Sorry I never returned your call, I was up in the mtns playing all day and passed out when I got home. Just paying the labor is not bad, what is your service history like at the shop you took it, that plays a big role in how much they cover.

Yesterday was freaking great, the temps in the mtns was great!!! I only saw about 6 other bikes out and I got to run 60 north and south and never encountered a cage!!!

New12R - Oil changes and scheduled service is about all I've needed done to that car. Glad you had a great time in the mtns without me. Ain't it sweet being the only one on the road? I like going up there during the week.

Y'all be careful up there. I took the Mille up there two weeks ago and the cops were all over the place. License check on 60, 6 LEOs on 19 and three LEOs on 129 (heading towards 180 at the the crest of the hill where the lanes merge after the first uphill run).

Chris, welcome to the madness!

That looks so much like Cody!
I caught him walking his bicycle through the house so he could ride it down the front steps. Later on I saw him carry his bike up the ladder of the sliding board so he could ride it down. Takes after his ol' man.
No Fear!

Welcome Digital, The Vortex is a must when you can make it. I'm a contractor so my hrs are always crazy. A lot of times I go to work around 5am and I'm off by noon or so. If you want to ride local some time I'll PM you my # give me a call. Glitch, Cody is fearless! He's your only boy thats always jumping something and trying to get more air and rigging up something up that everyone else isn't willing to try. Just like his OLD daddy.
