My boss said that he needed me at the Atl office in the afternoon because no other practitioner will be there. Sooooo...that means that I have 3 patients in Carrollton, go to the house and drop off my truck during lunch, jump on the bike with a heat gun, laptop and some random tools in my backpack, ride to the Atl office see two more patients and leave by 4:30....whew. I WAS SO RELIEVED. SO I WENT TO COURT YESTERDAY, AND I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO GO SEE THE JUDGE. I JUST HAD TO GO TO THE VIOLATIONS BEAROU. (HOWEVER THE HELL YOU SPELL IT.) SINCE IT WASNT A "MOVING" VIOLATION, ALL I GOT WAS A 25 DOLLAR FINE, AND NO POINTS AT ALL. I HAVE GOTTEN MYSELF OUT OF SOME REALLY HAIRY STUFF IN COURT. SOMETIMES I THINK I SHOULD BE A LAWYER. I added a new beast to the family tonight. The guy I bought it from was a real cool tatted up harley rider auto mechanic from Cleveland, GA. Up until a few months ago he had been using it as his wrecker. He actually brought it down to me for a little extra cheese. AFTER PUTTING THE SEAT COWL ON, I HAVE TO LOOSEN THE BRACKETS UNDERNEATH THE RIZOMA TAILSECTION AND TIGHTEN THEM BACK AFTER IT CLICKS IN PLACE. New12r switched out the bars on my Blast for me to the S bars SB gave me- Looks really sharp. Some of you got to see it at the Party Sat. for those that didn't Jimmy will be riding it to the Tex tonight. New12r says it 'looks faster' now. Well we decided to take the 'little' bikes for a ride last night- what fun. I'd forgotten what fun my Blast is. We stopped in and saw SilverBullet and the baby- She is getting SO BIG!! SB you have to post some pics for everyone- Slacker While we were there we ran into SB's mom, well Mother in law. She had just come from the HOG meeting at the dealership. I asked if she knew Blacksunshine's Dad and Stepmom and well Small world she does. She also owns a Blast so she came out to see the bars on my bike and the exhaust on Sam's. I think we converted her. I have a feeling she'll be getting new exhaust any day so she can pull up to the HOG meetings with pride. Bambi- We wish you would have been with us last night. We were laughing at how New12r could have had a little harem of Blasts if you'd been with us Our ride was fun until right before we get back to the house some @sshole throws a glass bottle out his window right in front of us shattering on the road to the left of New12r. Boy that was so NOT cool. Of course New12r let him have an ear full at the next light but there wasn't much we could do- he could have out run us on our 'little' bikes no problem. That and what could we have done anyways??? I do have to say I was proud of New12r for not getting on his 'big' bike when we got back to the house, a block away and going after them. But man what a $hitty thing to do, it all could have been much worse. Charlie got the tag number and called the cops, but like they are gonna do anything They typically won't do ANYTHING unless the incident is still going on. If the 'road rage' situation has ended and people have gone their own way the cops won't do a thing- Ask BS about the guy that pulled a gun on him on the freeway- the cops did NOTHING. Even when Michael and I had our 'incident' last year the cops wanted to take HIM to jail when we were the victims. Ummmmm New12r was involved and I'm sure you now what that means. I was waiting for him to jump off his bike and drag the guy out of the car at the light. If there hadn't been 4 of them I'm sure he would have especially after they flicked a cigarette and it hit Sam's leg. Yeah ya do what you can with what you have.
