This to publicly thank Dave and to let others know of the great job he does and can do for you too.

Just purchased a slightly used 2003 XB9R with just under 2000 miles. It was in need of a back tire. Having lurked here for some time I knew I needed the service manual to do my tire change correctly and not hurt the belt. I also knew that Dave seemed very responsive to others on this web site who ordered stuff through him.

I Emailed Dave Sunday night, and he replied promptly. And even though he was suppose to off through Tuesday, he still handled my request yesterday from his home.

I did have to wait for him to get through with lunch though, but a little wait did me good : )

Seriously though, any one looking for someone who knows how to give good customer service, I would highly recommend Dave.

Dave, again thanks, and may your tribe increase!

I'll second that about the Diet Pepsi.

One Diet Pepsi to deliver my new bike and take the trade-in.

You can't beat that!

Dave helped me with some parts I needed and he also straighten out my dealership about the bearings. To bad they don't treat people like Dave does.
Thanks

At the Intl. Cycle Show a buddy was talking to the factory guys. He told them I purchased a new Buell. When they asked where, he said "from Dave at Appleton." The factory guys told him: "He is one of the good guys."
