CityX keeps stalling. 780 miles on the clock. At lights, or junction, open throttle to set off. Bike just stalls. it ticks over OK, just when you open the gas. It almost misses just off idle.

Also noticed if you open throttle wide when revs < 3K, the bike just bogs down, no accel at all, just lots of noise!

Any idea?

Well, I've heard it said before that you shouldn't whack an injected bike, you roll it on. Dunno about that myself.

Is your idle set high enough? Does it do it all the time, or only sometimes?

Did they put in an old (wrong) race ECM? There is a new 05 version, easy mistake to make.

Idle should be at 1050-1100. If it is below that then it needs to be bumped back up. You can bog the bike down if you whack the throttle open at speed. What you need to do is roll it on like Darthane mentioned. By rolling it on, just be smooth, don't just grab a fistful and make it WOT. If your idle is fine, you may need to take the bike in for fouled plugs. With 780miles on the clock, it might not be a bad idea anyways. Put it down to customer satisfaction honestly.
